O estudo da temática justifica-se devido à necessidade de reconhecimento da problemática emergente em função do surgimento de novos profissionais no mercado de trabalho em saúde e os aspectos legais que regulamentam o exercício das profissões.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The authors are pertaining professors and researchers the two Public University and for developing inquiries in the line of research called. Practical Politics and of Education in Health and Nursing, present this study with the objectives to reflect on offer of new sequential courses that are appearing in the area of the health and to analyze the correlation enter this modality of professional qualification and its determinative ones in the health area. The study of the thematic one it is justified in function of the necessity of problematic recognition of emergent in function of the sprouting of new professionals in the market of work in health and legal aspects that regulate the exercise of the professions.]]></p></abstract>
