<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Being motivated by the concept of “knife sharpener” created by the psychologist Luis Antonio Baptista, this article aims to discuss some aspects of the violence against LGBTT students and the omission of the topic of gender and sexual diversity in schools curriculum as a hidden way of homophobia and as a sign of educators’ complicity in this violence.]]></p></abstract>
