<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0104-40602016000100211&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0104-40602016000100211&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0104-40602016000100211&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A doc&#234;ncia universit&#225;ria exige, al&#233;m de conhecimentos sobre a &#225;rea espec&#237;fica de forma&#231;&#227;o, que o professor domine os fundamentos pedag&#243;gicos do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, aliados aos saberes de sua experi&#234;ncia e de sua produ&#231;&#227;o cient&#237;fica. Com este desafio, este artigo objetiva analisar a forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica numa perspectiva inovadora como caminho para a constru&#231;&#227;o de saberes docentes no Ensino Superior, com vistas a uma mudan&#231;a em sua pr&#225;tica. A pesquisa adotou como metodologia a pesquisa-a&#231;&#227;o, em um programa de forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica, numa institui&#231;&#227;o de Ensino Superior p&#250;blica municipal. O programa ocorreu durante um ano letivo, totalizando dez encontros. Em cada encontro eram discutidos e refletidos temas e situa&#231;&#245;es sugeridos pelos pr&#243;prios professores universit&#225;rios envolvidos. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizado uma entrevista semiestruturada com dez dos professores participantes do processo formativo. Os dados da pesquisa permitem afirmar que a participa&#231;&#227;o do professor universit&#225;rio numa forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica que o leve a refletir, a ter consci&#234;ncia de sua a&#231;&#227;o e de sua trajet&#243;ria, a ampliar sua percep&#231;&#227;o e conceitos sobre a doc&#234;ncia, possibilita a constru&#231;&#227;o de saberes que podem gerar mudan&#231;as significativas em sua pr&#225;tica docente em sala de aula. Considerou-se que a forma&#231;&#227;o proporcionada pela pesquisa-a&#231;&#227;o levou os professores entrevistados a compreenderem que a doc&#234;ncia universit&#225;ria vai mais al&#233;m do que dominar conte&#250;dos, englobando compet&#234;ncias espec&#237;ficas, saberes de natureza pedag&#243;gica e humana.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Besides the knowledge of the specific area of training, university teaching demands that the teacher masters the educational foundations of the teaching-learning process, combined with the knowledge of his experience and his scientific production. With this challenge, this article aims to analyze the pedagogical training in an innovative perspective as a way to build teaching knowledge in Higher Education, with a view to a change in its practice. The research methodology adopted was the action-research, in a teacher training program in a municipal public Higher Education institution. The program took place during a school year, totaling ten sessions and at each session themes and situations were suggested, discussed and analyzed by the very professors involved. As data collection instrument, we have used a semi-structured interview with ten of the teachers who participated in the training process. The survey data allow us to state that the participation of the university professors in a teacher training that leads them to reflect, to be aware of their action and their teaching history, to expand their awareness and concepts about teaching, enables them to build knowledge that can generate significant changes in their teaching practice in the classroom. It was considered that the formation provided by the action-research helped the interviewed teachers to understand that university teaching goes further than mastering content, covering specific skills and knowledge of pedagogical and human nature.]]></p></abstract>
