La experiencia se fundamenta en la elaboración de situaciones problema y alternativas de solución. Los futuros maestros problematizan, identifican problemas relacionados con la comunidad donde viven, o acontecimientos que suceden en el contexto; analizan e indagan para construir varias alternativas de solución. Los resultados muestran que la construcción de situaciones problema, constituyen una alternativa factible para desarrollar las habilidades del pensamiento crítico. Entre las conclusiones obtenidas se señala que las habilidades del pensamiento crítico en la educación ambiental, se pueden desarrollar a partir de la elaboración de situaciones problema, entendida como una estrategia que clarifica aspectos conflictivos en un problema ambiental concreto; las situaciones problema constituyen una herramienta pedagógica que promueven la reflexión, el análisis sobre las causas de los problemas ambientales y la búsqueda de prácticas educativas que incidan en la adaptación, mitigación o de resiliencia ante estos problemas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Neste artigo, analisa-se a sistematização de uma experiência de formação de professores em educação ambiental voltada para o desenvolvimento de habilidades de pensamento crítico. A experiência é baseada na elaboração de situações-problema e soluções alternativas. Os futuros professores problematizam, identificam problemas relacionados à comunidade onde vivem, ou eventos que ocorrem no contexto; eles analisam e investigam para construir várias soluções alternativas. Os resultados mostram que a construção de situações-problema constitui uma alternativa viável para o desenvolvimento de habilidades de pensamento crítico. Dentre as conclusões obtidas, aponta-se que habilidades de pensamento crítico em educação ambiental podem ser desenvolvidas a partir da elaboração de situações-problema, entendida como uma estratégia que esclarece aspectos conflitantes em um determinado problema ambiental; as situações-problema constituem um instrumento pedagógico que promove a reflexão, a análise sobre as causas dos problemas ambientais e a procura de práticas educativas que influenciem na adaptação, mitigação ou resiliência a esses problemas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  This article analyzes the systematization of a teacher training experience in environmental education aimed at developing critical thinking skills. The experience is based on the elaboration of problem situations and alternative solutions. Future teachers problematize, identify problems related to the community where they live or events that occur in the context, analyze, and investigate to build several alternative solutions. The results show that the construction of problem situations constitutes a viable alternative for critical thinking skills development. Among the conclusions obtained, it is pointed out that critical thinking skills in environmental education can be developed from the elaboration of problem situations, understood as a strategy that clarifies conflicting aspects in a specific environmental problem; problem situations constitute a pedagogical instrument that promotes reflection, analysis on the causes of environmental problems and the search for educational practices that influence adaptation, mitigation or resilience to these problems.]]></p></abstract>
