Para tanto, definimos os atributos de uma representação social (RS) e o que a distingue da representação enquanto característica cognitiva individual e buscamos demonstrar sua pertinência teórica por meio de um estudo realizado com agentes de desenvolvimento em meio escolar e comunitário, profissão relacional emergente no Québec. Identificamos mais precisamente os indícios de construção de uma RS dessa profissão, a especificidade das competências às quais ela recorre, as suas finalidades, bem como as prescrições associadas ao seu exercício na interface entre três sistemas complexos que são a escola, a família e a comunidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[In this paper we analyse the objective and subjective conditions of development of trades and professions within the education field while the relationships between the school, the family and the community is being restructurated. First, we define the social representation (SR) construct by differentiating it from the psychological representation a personal cognitive construct and, therefore, we demonstrate the utility of the SR construct when studying a common sense knowledge corpus produced by practioners of a new trade, the development agents in school and community in Québec. Further on, we describe what are the indications of the construction of a SR for this new trade, the specificity of the skills and knowledges associated and the prescriptions related to its realization in interface of various complex systems such as school, family and the community.]]></p></abstract>
