A pesquisa teve o duplo objetivo de investigar as possibilidades de maior abertura das práticas de intervenção aos recursos dos territórios e às demandas de seus habitantes, e de promover a reflexão dos profissionais sobre o sentido de suas ações. O artigo situa esta problemática no contexto das políticas sociais atuais e destaca a originalidade do dispositivo criado, descrevendo suas etapas e modalidades formativas. Por meio da análise dos enunciados dos profissionais envolvidos, mostra como a experiência de pesquisa por eles realizada provocou um deslocamento que favoreceu mudanças na postura e práticas profissionais, e como a prática do registro escrito e do trabalho coletivo representaram meios privilegiados de desenvolvimento da reflexividade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The present article reports aspects of an action research-training conducted along with social agencies located in the French countryside. The study had the dual purpose of investigating the possibilities of introducing intervention practices to the resources and the demands of local inhabitants and to promote professional reflection on the meaning of their actions. The article aims to approach this problem in the context of current social policies and to highlights the originality of the developed device, describing its stages and modalities. It demonstrates, resorting to the statements of professionals involved, how their own research experience brought about a shift that favored changes in personal attitudes and in professional practices; it also demonstrates how the practices of taking written records and implementing collective work became privileged means for the development of reflexivity.]]></p></abstract>
