Nosso objetivo principal &#233; apresentar uma reflex&#227;o abordando tr&#234;s quest&#245;es a nosso ver essenciais &#224; compreens&#227;o desse tema, quais sejam, o significado da interven&#231;&#227;o nas rela&#231;&#245;es de trabalho, as condi&#231;&#245;es em que ocorrem e o que pensamos ser seus principais objetivos. Apoiamo-nos especialmente nos conceitos elaborados pela ergologia, tais como atividade, normaliza&#231;&#245;es, renormaliza&#231;&#245;es e &#233;cart, al&#233;m do materialismo hist&#243;rico e dial&#233;tico e a teoria cr&#237;tica, teorias que pensamos ser essenciais para a compreens&#227;o das pr&#225;ticas educativas em sa&#250;de realizadas nas rela&#231;&#245;es de produ&#231;&#227;o. Embora se trate de um artigo de car&#225;ter mais te&#243;rico, tem como pano de fundo pesquisas que temos desenvolvido em servi&#231;os de sa&#250;de. Assim, em alguns momentos traremos informa&#231;&#245;es levantadas nesses estudos. Conclu&#237;mos a exposi&#231;&#227;o destacando algumas das contribui&#231;&#245;es metodol&#243;gicas da ergologia para a compreens&#227;o e a interven&#231;&#227;o nas pr&#225;ticas educativas nas rela&#231;&#245;es de produ&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article comes from our concern, as researchers of the educative practices in education and health, to build research and work intervention practices that result in the production of knowledge about the relation between the formalized knowledge and the experience of the workers, as well as in improvements in the performance of their activities. Our main goal is to present a reflection approaching three questions that, to us, are essential to the comprehension of this theme, which are the meaning of the intervention work relationships, the condition in which they occur and what we think are their main goals. We base especially on the concepts elaborated by ergology, such as activity, normalizations, renormalizations and &#233;cart, besides the historical and dialectic materialism and on the critical theory, theories that we think are essential for the comprehension of the educative practices in health fulfilled on the relations of production. Although it is an article of theoretical character, it has as background researches that we have been developing in health services. Therefore, sometimes we will bring informations gathered in these studies. We concluded the exhibition highlighting some of the methodological contributions of the ergology for the comprehension and intervention in the educative practices in the production relationships.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El art&#237;culo parte de nuestra preocupaci&#243;n, como investigadores de las pr&#225;cticas educativas en educaci&#243;n y salud, de construir pr&#225;cticas de investigaci&#243;n e intervenci&#243;n en el trabajo que resulten en producci&#243;n de conocimiento sobre la relaci&#243;n entre saberes formalizados y la experiencia de los trabajadores, as&#237; como mejoras en la realizaci&#243;n de su actividad. Nuestro objetivo principal es presentar una reflexi&#243;n abordando tres cuestiones en nuestra opini&#243;n esenciales para la comprensi&#243;n de esta cuesti&#243;n, a saber, el significado de la intervenci&#243;n en las relaciones laborales, las condiciones en las que se produce y lo que pensamos que son sus principales objetivos. Nos apoyamos especialmente en los conceptos desarrollados por ergolog&#237;a como, la actividad, la normalizaci&#243;n, la renormalizaci&#243;n e &#233;cart, adem&#225;s del materialismo hist&#243;rico y dial&#233;ctico y la teor&#237;a cr&#237;tica, teor&#237;as que creemos esenciales para la comprensi&#243;n de las pr&#225;cticas educativas en salud que son realizadas en las relaciones de producci&#243;n. Aunque se trata de un art&#237;culo de car&#225;cter m&#225;s te&#243;rico, tiene como escenario investigaciones que hemos desarrollado en los servicios de salud. Por lo tanto, a veces vamos a traer informaciones recolectadas en estos estudios. Llegamos a la conclusi&#243;n destacando algunas de las aportaciones metodol&#243;gicas de la ergolog&#237;a a la comprensi&#243;n y la intervenci&#243;n en las pr&#225;cticas educativas en las relaciones de producci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
