Da forma&#231;&#227;o de especialistas para as escolas e o sistema educacional, aderiu &#224; forma&#231;&#227;o do pedagogo generalista e licenciado para o magist&#233;rio nos Anos Iniciais, Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil e Educa&#231;&#227;o de Jovens e Adultos. A mudan&#231;a da exig&#234;ncia de habilita&#231;&#227;o de professores do Ensino M&#233;dio para o Ensino Superior e as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o Curso de Pedagogia (DCNP) com &#234;nfase na doc&#234;ncia n&#227;o acompanharam necessidades de aprofundamento de forma&#231;&#227;o docente. Este artigo prop&#245;e analisar as DCNP e as diretrizes de forma&#231;&#227;o de professores, e a forma&#231;&#227;o generalista do pedagogo licenciado em Pedagogia, em rela&#231;&#227;o &#224;s capacidades profissionais exigidas do docente da Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil, definidas pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil (DCNEI). A metodologia baseia-se na an&#225;lise de conte&#250;do dos documentos legais balizadores da forma&#231;&#227;o docente e da Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil. Observou-se que essas diretrizes, com suas m&#250;ltiplas funcionalidades, n&#227;o t&#234;m atendido &#224;s expectativas que as DCNEI apontam para o exerc&#237;cio qualificado da doc&#234;ncia em creche e pr&#233;-escola]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Education has been expanding its formation spectrum in the last 30 years. From the formation of school specialists for the educational system, it turned to the formation of generalist educators, licensed to teach in the first years of elementary school and in education programs for young adults. The change in the qualification requirements for teachers, from high school to higher education, and the national curriculum guidelines for education, with an emphasis on teaching, did not follow the need for deepening the teachers&#8217; formation. This article proposes an analysis of the DCNP, of the teachers&#8217; formation guidelines, and of the general education of the pedagogue graduated in education, in relation to the required professional abilities of the elementary school teacher, defined by the DCNEI. The methodology is based on content analysis of the legal documents that validate teacher education and elementary school education. It was observed that these guidelines, with their multiple functionalities, have not met the expectations pointed by the DCNEI to the qualified exercise of teaching in kindergarten and preschool.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El curso de Pedagog&#237;a, en Brasil, viene ampliando su espectro formativo en los &#250;ltimos 30 a&#241;os. De la formaci&#243;n de especialistas para las escuelas y el sistema educativo, se adhiri&#243; a la formaci&#243;n del pedagogo generalista y licenciado para el magisterio en los A&#241;os iniciales, Educaci&#243;n Infantil y Educaci&#243;n de J&#243;venes y Adultos. El cambio de la exigencia de habilitaci&#243;n de profesores de la Ense&#241;anza Media para la Ense&#241;anza Superior y las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales de la Pedagog&#237;a (DCNP) con &#233;nfasis en la docencia no acompa&#241;&#243; necesidades de profundizaci&#243;n de formaci&#243;n docente. Este art&#237;culo propone analizar las DCNP y las directrices de formaci&#243;n de profesores, y la formaci&#243;n generalista del pedagogo licenciado en Pedagog&#237;a, en relaci&#243;n a las capacidades profesionales exigidas del docente de Educaci&#243;n Infantil, definidas por las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales de la Educaci&#243;n Infantil (DCNEI). La metodolog&#237;a se basa en el an&#225;lisis de contenido de los documentos legales balizadores de la formaci&#243;n docente y de la Educaci&#243;n Infantil. Se observ&#243; que estas directrices, con sus m&#250;ltiples funcionalidades, no han atendido las expectativas que las DCNEI apuntan al ejercicio cualificado de la docencia en guarder&#237;a y preescolar.]]></p></abstract>
