Partidários de um ensino racional inspirado na norte-americana Helen Parkhurst, seus trabalhos indagam a maneira como seria possível transpor e difundir o método do Plano Dalton na França. Este artigo mostra como este militante dos métodos ativos, cujos trabalhos serão acirradamente discutidos no meio universitário, estabelece os fatores gerais da individualidade que governa o caminho e o progresso de todo pensamento humano. Pedagogo antes de tudo, Henri Bouchet deseja trabalhar &#8220;para e pelo concreto&#8221;, convidando aqueles que o lerão a tentarem a experiência dos métodos ativos em suas salas de aula.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Henri Bouchet belongs, with his thesis about teaching individualization, to the new education pedagogues group, that fed the debates around the need to reform high school in the 1930s. Rational teaching supporters inspired by the American Helen Parkhurst, their works question the way it is possible to transpose and spread the Dalton Plan method in France. This paper shows how this militant of active methods, whose works were roughly discussed at university environment, stablishes the general factors of the individuality as a whole that rules the way and progress of human thought. Pedagogue above all, Henri Bouchet wishes to work &#8220;for and by the concrete&#8221; inviting those that will read him to try the active method experiences in their classrooms.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Con su tesis sobre la individualización de la enseñanza, Henri Bouchet pertenece al grupo de pedagogos de la Educación Nueva, que alimentó los debates sobre la necesidad de reforma la escuela secundaria en la década de 1930. Partidários de una enseñanza racional inspirada en la estadounidense Hele Parkhurst. Sus trabajos preguntan cómo sería possible transponer y difundir el método de Plan Dalton en Francia. Este artículo muestra cómo este militante de los métodos activos, cuyo trabajo será discutido acaloradamente en el entorno universitario, establece los factores generals de individualidad que gobiernan el camino y el progreso de todo pensamiento humano. Pedagogo, en primer lugar, Henri Bouchet quiere trabajar &#8220;por y a través del concreto&#8221;, invitando a quienes lo lean a probar la experiencia de los métodos activos en sus aulas.]]></p></abstract>
