Son a su vez agrupaciones de intelectuales que en el campo de la educación se pronuncian con argumentos cuando las políticas se desvían de los horizontes previstos y acordados. Las dinámicas de las redes son diferentes según sus orígenes: cuando son institucionales tienden a diluir los horizontes y las metas; cuando son independientes y autónomas se mantienen en el tiempo con la solvencia de las investigaciones y las innovaciones pedagógicas. La independencia y la autonomía posibilitan la actitud crítica y propositiva frente a las determinaciones de los gobiernos en el campo de la educación. El trabajo en Red hace parte de la formación y de la autoformación de los docentes que innovan e investigan. La Red de Lenguaje y la Asociación Colombiana de Matemática Educativa, son las dos redes de maestros más reconocidas en Colombia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO As redes acadêmicas são organismos de interlocução com as agências governamentais quando estas propiciam. São a sua vez grupos de intelectuais que no campo da educação se pronunciam com argumentos quando as políticas se desviam dos horizontes previstos e acordados. As dinâmicas das redes são diferentes segundo suas origens: quando são institucionais tendem a diluir os horizontes e as metas; quando são independentes e autônomas se mantém no tempo com a solvência das investigações e das inovações pedagógicas. A independência e a autonomia possibilitam a atitude crítica e propositiva frente às determinações dos governos no campo da educação. O trabalho em Rede faz parte da formação e da autoformação dos docentes que inovam e investigam. A Rede de Linguagem e a Associação Colombiana de Matemática Educativa são as duas redes de maestros mais reconhecidas na Colombia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Academic networks are organizations that can dialogue with government agencies that are looking for academic representatives. These organizations are composed by intellectuals who in the field of education speak out with arguments when policies deviate from the anticipated and agreed horizons. Their dynamics are different according to their origins: when they have a bond with institutional authorities they tend to alter horizons and goals; when they are independent and autonomous, they last over time with the help of research and pedagogical innovations. Independence and autonomy enable critical and creative attitudes towards the decisions of governments in the field of education. Networking is part of the training and self-training of teachers who innovate and do research. The Language Network and the Colombian Association of Mathematic Education are the two most recognized teacher networks in Colombia.]]></p></abstract>
