Para ello, el artículo destaca principios que se pueden percibir en el proceso comunitario de trabajo y organización en redes docentes a partir del diálogo con saberes y experiencias narradas que involucran el encuentro con cosmologías de pueblos tradicionales de nuestra América Latina, además de nuestro propio encuentro como posibilidad de tejido colectivo de nuestros procesos de transformación. La narración de los flujos y acontecimientos de la vida en el movimiento de la escritura hace que conceptos/ideas como el encuentro, la escucha y el cuidado, sean muy importantes a la perspectiva comunitaria presente en la propuesta de trabajo en redes y colectivos de enseñanza.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Neste texto, lançamos mão da narrativa como gênero textual, metodologia de pesquisa e fenômeno investigado para tecer algumas considerações acerca do movimento de redes e coletivos docentes na América Latina frente às políticas neoliberais de desconstrução da escola nos anos de 1990. Para tal, o artigo destaca princípios que podem ser percebidos no processo comunitário de trabalho e organização em redes docentes a partir do diálogo com saberes e experiências narradas envolvendo o encontro com cosmologias de povos tradicionais de nossa América Latina, além de nosso próprio encontro como possibilidade de tessitura coletiva de nossos processos de transformação. O narrar os fluxos e acontecimentos da vida no movimento da escrita faz cintilar conceitos/ideias como encontro, escuta e cuidado, muito caros à perspectiva comunitária presente na proposta do trabalho em redes e coletivos docentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In this text, we use of the narrative as a textual genre, research methodology and investigated phenomenon to make some considerations about the movement of networks and teaching collectives in Latin America in the face of neoliberal policies of school deconstruction in the 1990s. To this end, the article highlights principles that can be perceived in the community process of work and organization in teaching networks from the dialogue with knowledge and narrated experiences involving the encounter with cosmologies of traditional peoples of our Latin America, in addition to our own encounter as a possibility of collective weaving of our processes of transformation. The narration of the flows and events of life in the movement of writing makes concepts/ideas such as meeting, listening and care, very dear to the community perspective present in the proposal of work in networks and teaching collectives.]]></p></abstract>
