Os múltiplos sujeitos participantes são representados por fios, que se articulam e são tecidos, num processo de cooperação solidária, registrada na caminhada profissional e pessoal. A narrativa, como proposta epistêmico-metodológica, discorre sobre redes tecidas em diálogos e interações formativas sobre ensinar e aprender, com destaque para a Rede de Investigação na Escola (RIE) e sua influência na construção identitária de professores. As reflexões geradas, a partir dos encontros coletivos, ao mesmo tempo em que são autorreforçadas e espiraladas, produzem transformações, nas práticas educativas e nas concepções teóricas, em processos de libertação e emancipação de professores em formação inicial e continuada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Esta narrativa, elaborada por dos docentes, que vivencian procesos interactivos en diferentes grupos de redes de formación y educandos, es una forma de sistematizar y homenajear a quienes constituyeron y constituyen estos espacios. Los múltiples sujetos participantes están representados por hilos, que se articulan y son tejidos, en un proceso de cooperación solidaria, registrada en el trayecto profesional y personal. Redes tejidas en diálogos e interacciones formativas sobre la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, como práctica de libertad y emancipación social. Las reflexiones generadas, a partir de las acciones, son al mismo tiempo autoreforzadas y espiraladas, produciendo transformaciones, en las prácticas educativas y en las concepciones teóricas, en procesos de liberación y emancipación de los docentes en educación inicial y continua.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This narrative, prepared by two teachers from Rio Grande do Sul, who experience interactive processes in different groups of training networks and learners, is a way of systematizing and honoring those who constituted and constitute these spaces. The multiple participating subjects are represented by threads, which are articulated and woven, in a process of solidary cooperation, registered in the professional and personal journey. The narrative, as an epistemic-methodological proposal, discusses networks woven in dialogues and formative interactions about teaching and learning, with emphasis on the Research Network at School (RIE) and its influence on teachers' identity construction. The reflections generated from the collective meetings, at the same time that they are self-reinforced and spiraled, produce transformations, in educational practices and in theoretical conceptions, in processes of liberation and emancipation of teachers in initial and continuing education]]></p></abstract>
