Com o objetivo de contribuir para a formulação de uma perspectiva epistemológica &#8220;outra&#8221; (DUSSEL, 1986) para a formação docente, o projeto investe na instauração de um &#8220;novo lugar institucional&#8221; (NÓVOA, 2017) e na vinculação entre as lutas docentes, o cotidiano escolar, os estágios supervisionados, o ensino e a pesquisa embasada em formulações de autores decoloniais, como Freire (1982), Fanon (2015) e Walsh (2009), e nas Epistemologias do Sul (SANTOS, 2007, 2020). A experiência indica caminhos para uma formação docente decolonial, contextualizada na luta de povos latinos, na pesquisa colaborativa, no trabalho coletivo, numa &#8220;outra cultura&#8221; para relações pedagógicas, saberes e lugares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article shares the trajectory, started in 2016, of the Research Group - Pedagogical Action Investigative Collective (FFP/UERJ), its works and reflections, born from the perspective of Latin American pedagogies. Aiming to contribute to the formulation of an &#8220;other&#8221; epistemological perspective (DUSSEL, 1986) for teacher education, the project invests in the establishment of a &#8220;new institutional place&#8221; (NÓVOA, 2017), promoting articulation between teachers' struggles, school daily life, supervised internships, teaching, research and the decolonial principles and authors, such as Freire (1982), Fanon (2015) and Walsh (2009), as well as the Epistemologies of the South (SANTOS, 2007, 2020). The experience indicates paths for a decolonial teacher education, contextualized in the struggle of Latin peoples, in collaborative research, in collective work, in an &#8220;other culture&#8221; for pedagogical relations, knowledges and places.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo comparte la trayectoria, iniciada en 2016, del Grupo de Investigación - Colectivo de Investigación de Acción Pedagógica (FFP/UERJ), sus trabajos y reflexiones, nacidos desde la perspectiva de las pedagogías latinoamericanas. Con el objetivo de contribuir a la formulación de una perspectiva epistemológica &#8220;otra&#8221; (DUSSEL, 1986) para la formación docente, el proyecto invierte en el establecimiento de un &#8220;nuevo lugar institucional&#8221; (NÓVOA, 2017), promoviendo la articulación entre las luchas de los profesores, la vida cotidiana de la escuela, las prácticas supervisadas, la enseñanza, la investigación y los principios y autores decoloniales, como Freire (1982), Fanon (2015) y Walsh (2009), así como las Epistemologías del Sur (SANTOS, 2007, 2020). La experiencia indica caminos para una formación docente descolonial, contextualizada en la lucha de los pueblos latinos, la investigación colaborativa, el trabajo colectivo, en una &#8220;cultura otra&#8221; para las relaciones pedagógicas, los saberes y los lugares.]]></p></abstract>
