El enfoque metodológico fue de investigación - acción en el marco de comunidades de aprendizaje y de práctica. En la etapa inicial, se analizaron las necesidades según estos criterios: nivel de explicitación, identificación de necesidades según el modelo TPACK, y nivel de complejidad. El principal hallazgo implicó una mutación en las necesidades, desde un nivel tecnológico instrumental hasta un nivel atravesado por la discusión y la reflexión. Se concluyó que es relevante diagnosticar las necesidades, tanto explícitas como latentes, de los docentes para diseñar una propuesta formativa &#8220;a medida&#8221;. Asimismo, se destacó el trabajo en comunidades ya que contribuyó a la complejización de la mirada sobre el tema.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este Educação e aprendizagem da docência comunica os resultados de uma pesquisa que teve por um de seus objetivos identificar e analisar as necessidades dos formadores de formadores referentes a inclusão das tecnologias digitais. O enfoque metodológico foi a investigação-ação no quadro de comunidades de aprendizagem e prática. Na etapa inicial, as necessidades foram analisadas de acordo com os seguintes critérios: nível de explicitação, identificação das necessidades de acordo com o modelo TPACK e nível de complexidade. A principal constatação diz respeito a uma mutação das necessidades, de um nível tecnológico instrumental para um nível atravessado pela discussão e reflexão. Conclui-se que é relevante diagnosticar as necessidades dos professores, tanto explícitas como latentes, para desenhar uma proposta de formação &#8220;customizada&#8221;. Da mesma forma, o trabalho em comunidades ganhou destaque por contribuir para a complexidade do olhar sobre o tema.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article communicates the findings of a research where one of the objectives was to identify and analyze the needs of teacher trainers as for the inclusion of digital technologies. The methodological approach was defined as action research within the framework of learning and practice communities. In the initial stage, the needs were analyzed according to these criteria: level of explicitation, identification of needs within the TPACK model, and level of complexity. The main finding implied a mutation in the teachers´needs that went from an instrumental technological level to a level permeated by discussion and reflection. It was concluded that it is relevant to diagnose the teachers´needs, explicit and latent, to design a &#8220;customized&#8221; training proposal. Furthermore, the work in communities was highlighted since it contributed to the increasing complexity of the perspective on the subject.]]></p></abstract>
