Partimos do pressuposto de que as aprendizagens da docência são construídas continuadamente no movimento da teoria na prática a partir dos diferentes modos de atuação docente. Nossa fundamentação teórica baseia-se em Angotti (2003), Barbosa (2006), dos documentos legais (BRASIL, 1998), Pereira (2007), Tardif (2002, 2014), Zabalza (1998, 2000), entre outros autores. Na sua construção utilizamos a pesquisa do tipo narrativa (SOUZA, 2006), tendo como dispositivo de produção de dados o memorial de formação e da prática (PRADO; SOLIGO, 2004) e a observação participante (ANGROSINO; FLICK, 2009), realizada com seis professoras de três escolas da Rede Municipal de Educação de José de Freitas - PI. Utilizamos a análise de conteúdo, seguindo as concepções de Poirier, Clapier-Valladon e Raybaut (1999) para analisar os dados desta pesquisa. Os resultados evidenciaram que o desenvolvimento profissional docente está ancorado nas aprendizagens da docência, desde a trajetória pessoal e percursos formativos da profissão expressados pela rotina das professoras que é orientada pelo sistema municipal de ensino com base no Pacto Nacional de Alfabetização na Idade Certa -PNAIC no sentido de atender aos objetivos, funções e finalidades do nível de ensino em foco.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to describe teaching practices, established in the professional know-how of teachers who work in Early Childhood Education, reflected in pedagogical and methodological actions that favor children&#8217;s learning rights and the development of teaching skills and competences. We start from the assumption that teaching learning is continuously built in the movement from theory to practice based on different modes of teaching. It is based on the theoretical assumptions of Angotti (2003), Barbosa (2006), legal documents (BRASIL, 1998), Pereira (2007), Tardif (2002, 2014), Zabalza (1998, 2000), among other authors. In its construction, we used narrative-type research (SOUZA, 2006), having as a data production device the training and practice memorial (PRADO; SOLIGO, 2004) and participant observation (ANGROSINO; FLICK, 2009), carried out with six teachers from three schools in the Municipal Education Network of José de Freitas - PI. We used content analysis, following the conceptions of Poirier, Clapier-Valladon and Raybaut (1999) to analyze the data of this research. The results showed that the professional development of teachers is anchored in teaching learning from the personal trajectory and training paths of the profession expressed by the teachers&#8217; routine, which is guided by the municipal education system based on the National Literacy Pact at the Right Age -PNAIC in the sense to meet the objectives, functions and purposes of the teaching level in focus.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo describir las prácticas docentes, asentadas en el saber hacer profesional de los docentes que actúan en la Educación Infantil, reflejadas en acciones pedagógicas y metodológicas que favorezcan los derechos de aprendizaje de los niños y el desarrollo de habilidades y competencias docentes. Partimos del supuesto de que la enseñanza aprendizaje se construye continuamente en el tránsito de la teoría a la práctica a partir de diferentes modos de enseñanza. Se basa en los presupuestos teóricos de Angotti (2003), Barbosa (2006), documentos legales (BRASIL, 1998), Pereira (2007), Tardif (2002, 2014), Zabalza (1998, 2000), entre otros autores. En su construcción se utilizó una investigación de tipo narrativo (SOUZA, 2006), teniendo como dispositivo de producción de datos el memorial de formación y práctica (PRADO; SOLIGO, 2004) y la observación participante (ANGROSINO; FLICK, 2009), realizado con seis docentes de tres escuelas de la Red Municipal de Educación de José de Freitas - PI. Utilizamos el análisis de contenido, siguiendo las concepciones de Poirier, Clapier-Valladon y Raybaut (1999) para analizar los datos de esta investigación. Los resultados mostraron que el desarrollo profesional de los docentes está anclado en la enseñanza aprendizaje a partir de la trayectoria personal y los caminos de formación de la profesión expresados por el cotidiano docente, que es pautado por el sistema educativo municipal basado en el Pacto Nacional por la Alfabetización en la Edad Justa - PNAIC en el sentido de cumplir con los objetivos, funciones y propósitos del nivel docente en cuestión.]]></p></abstract>
