Está fundamentado no método da Pesquisa Narrativa (CLANDINNIN; CONNELLY, 2015) com ancoragem na pesquisa (auto) biográfica, articulando os movimentos próprios da pesquisa, como registros no diário de bordo, notas de campo que emergiram durante as observações das ações docentes e a aproximação com os/as participantes da pesquisa para as entrevistas narrativas. Apresenta resultados parciais da investigação em processo de construção no Doutorado em educação e sua correlação com as experiências docentes da primeira autora no curso de Pedagogia Intercultural no âmbito do exercício profissional e dos movimentos de pesquisa. A pesquisa tem apontado que as aprendizagens e os saberes da docência são fenômenos complexos e multifacetados em que o contexto em estudo é marcado pelas diferenças culturais e pela pluralidade étnica, contexto este que confronta-se com elementos colonialistas ainda presentes nas universidades, desafiando docentes, gestores e estudantes a ressignificarem outros modos de ser e fazer a docência.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The text aims to raise reflections on learning to teach in the context of indigenous, intercultural and differentiated Higher Education in Mato Grosso. It is based on the Narrative Research method (CLANDINNIN; CONNELLY, 2015) anchored in (auto) biographical research, articulating the research&#8217;s own movements as records in the logbook, field notes arising from observations of teaching actions and approximation with the participants from research to narrative interviews. It presents partial results of the investigation in process of construction in the Doctorate in Education and its correlation with the teaching experiences of the first author in the Intercultural Pedagogy course in the context of professional practice and research movements. Research has shown that teaching learning and knowledge are complex and multifaceted phenomena in which the context under study is marked by cultural differences and ethnic plurality, confronted with colonialist elements still present in universities, challenging teachers, managers and students to resignify other ways of being and doing teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El texto tiene como objetivo suscitar reflexiones sobre aprender a enseñar en el contexto de la Educación Superior indígena, intercultural y diferenciada en Mato Grosso. Se basa en el método de Investigación Narrativa (CLANDINNIN; CONNELLY, 2015) anclado en la investigación (auto)biográfica, articulando los movimientos propios de la investigación como registros en la bitácora, notas de campo surgidas de las observaciones de las acciones docentes y acercamiento con los participantes de la investigación a la investigación. entrevistas narrativas. Presenta resultados parciales de la investigación en proceso de construcción en el Doctorado en Educación y su correlación con las experiencias docentes del primer autor en el curso de Pedagogía Intercultural en el ámbito de la práctica profesional y los movimientos de investigación. Las investigaciones han demostrado que la enseñanza aprendizaje y el conocimiento son fenómenos complejos y multifacéticos en los que el contexto de estudio está marcado por las diferencias culturales y la pluralidad étnica, confrontados con elementos colonialistas aún presentes en las universidades, desafiando a docentes, directivos y estudiantes a resignificar otras formas de ser y ser haciendo docencia.]]></p></abstract>
