A base teórica para essa reflexão se concentra nas ideias de Bernard Charlot (2000) sobre a relação com o saber, de Jessé de Souza (2023) acerca dos impeditivos de acesso à cidadania e de Robert Castel (2013) a respeito dos homens e mulheres que ficam à margem da sociedade. A construção dos dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com três professoras de EJA, as quais, na forma de conversa, narraram situações carregadas de significados atribuídos a sua prática docente. Os resultados mostram que a mobilização das professoras está centrada basicamente no prazer de alfabetizar adultos e idosos quase como uma retribuição e uma gratidão pela oportunidade que receberam de seus próprios pais e familiares. Em função disso, as professoras desenvolvem práticas que levam sempre em consideração a realidade difícil de seus estudantes, considerando os afetos como a base para o saber ensinar e aprender na EJA.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the mobilization presented by teachers in teaching in Education of Youth and Adults in small cities from a region called Maciço de Baturité, located in Ceará &#8211; Brazil. The ideas of Bernard Chariot (2000), about the relationship to knowledge, Jessé de Souza (2023), about the impediments to access to citizenship, and Robert Castel (2013), about men and women who remain on the margins of the society, were used to guide the reflection on that process of mobilization. Data of the research were constructed through a semi-structured interview with three teachers, who, in the way of a conversation, described situations rich of meanings involving their teaching practices. As a result, the mobilization of teachers seems to be basically centered on the pleasure of teaching young, adult, and elderly people to read and write, almost as a retribution and a gratitude for the opportunity they received from their own parents and relatives. Thus, teachers develop practices that always contemplate the arduous reality of their students, considering the affections as the basis for knowing how to teach and learn in Education of Youth and Adults.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El objetivo del trabajo es analizar la movilización de docentes para impartir clases en la EJA en pequenos municípios del Maciço de Baturité, en el interior de Ceará. La base teórica de esta reflexion se centra en las ideas de Bernard Chariot (2000) sobre la relación con el conocimiento, Jessé de Souza (2023) sobre los impedimentos al acceso a la ciudadanía y Robert Castel (2013) sobre hombres y mujeres que permanecen al margen de la sociedad. sociedad. La construcción de datos ocurrió a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a tres docentes de la EJA, quienes, a modo de conversación, narraron situaciones cargadas de significados atribuídos a su práctica docente. Los resultados muestran que la movilización de los docentes se centra basicamente en el placer de enseñar a leer y escribir a adultos y ancianos, casi como retribución y agradecimiento por la oportunidad que recibieron de sus propios padres y familiares. Como resultado, los docentes desarrollan prácticas que siempre tienen en cuenta la difícil realidad de sus estudiantes, considerando los afectos como base para saber enseñar y aprender en EJA.]]></p></abstract>
