O estudo tem por base teórica e epistemológica a biologia do conhecer, proposta por Humberto Maturana e Francisco Varela, e utiliza a cartografia como método para mapear os territórios. Para compor a cartografia, valemo-nos das narrativas produzidas acerca de nossas experiências e dos dados resultantes das conversas realizadas com os professores. Na produção e análise desses elementos, percebemos que os estágios e o campo das práticas, por meio da constituição de redes de conversação, podem oportunizar experiências, reflexões e aprendizagens para todos os envolvidos. Além disso, são vias de acesso importantes para estabelecermos uma convivência coinspirativa capaz de contribuir para a melhoria da formação e do desenvolvimento da profissão docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present article discusses and addresses issues pertaining to the scope of internships and practices of teacher training courses under the watch of the university's supervising professors and mentors who welcome interns in public schools. The study is based on the theoretical and epistemological basis of the Biology of Knowing, proposed by Humberto Maturana and Francisco Varela, and uses cartography as a method to map territories. To compose the cartography, we started with narratives produced about our experiences, together with the data resulting from conversations with professors. From the production and analysis of these elements, internships and the field of practices, through the constitution of conversation networks, were seen as providing experiences, reflections, and learning for all those involved. In addition, they are important access routes to establish an inspiration of coexistence capable of contributing to the improvement of training and the development of the teaching profession.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El present artículo discute y problematiza el espacio de pasantías y prácticas de cursos de capacitación docente bajo los ojos de los profesores supervisores de la universidad y los mentores que dan la bienvenida a pasantes en escuelas públicas. El estudio se basa en la base teórica y epistemológica de la Biología del Conocimiento, propuesta por Humberto Maturana y Francisco Varela, y utiliza la cartografía como método para mapear los territorios. Para componer la cartografía, comenzamos con narraciones producidas sobre nuestras experiencias, junto con los datos resultantes de las conversaciones con los maestros. A partir de la producción y el análisis de estos elementos, nos dimos cuenta de que las pasantías y el campo de prácticas, a través de la constitución de redes de conversación, pueden proporcionar experiencias, reflexiones y aprendizaje para todos. Además, son importantes vías de acceso para establecer una convivencia inspiradora capaz de contribuir a la mejora de la formación y al desarrollo de la profesión docente.]]></p></abstract>
