É uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória orientada pela pergunta &#8220;como planejar, desenvolver e avaliar o trabalho em sala de aula, no ensino superior, baseado em perspectivas complexas?&#8221;. Foram revisados autores que se sustentam no pensamento complexo ou ecossistêmico. Essa escolha se baseou na suposição de que esse referencial teórico possui amplitude, profundidade e consistência para abordar fenômenos educacionais no contexto da sociedade-mundo atual e do cotidiano didático-pedagógico. Com apoio nos autores revisados, refletimos sobre os limites da pedagogia tradicional e as possibilidades de uma pedagogia emergente, baseada na complexidade, no trabalho docente no ensino superior, considerando suas dimensões de planejamento, ação pedagógica e avaliação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article discusses the teaching work in higher education, considering the educational challenges of the contemporary world. It is an exploratory bibliographic research guided by the question &#8220;how to plan, develop, and evaluate the work in higher education classrooms, from complex perspectives?&#8221; Authors based on complex or ecosystemic thinking were reviewed. This choice was made based on the assumption that this theoretical framework has breadth, depth, and consistency to approach both global educational phenomena in today&#8217;s world-society as well as the didactic-pedagogical routine. Based on the reviewed authors, we reflected on limits of traditional pedagogy and possibilities of an emerging pedagogy, based on complexity, in higher education teaching, considering its planning, pedagogical action, and evaluation dimensions.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo discute el trabajo de enseñanza en la educación superior considerando los desafíos educativos del mundo contemporáneo. Es una investigación bibliográfica exploratoria orientada por la pregunta &#8220;¿cómo planificar, desarrollar y evaluar el trabajo en el aula, en la educación universitária, desde perspectivas complejas?&#8221; Se revisaron autores basados en el pensamiento complejo o ecosistémico. Esta elección se basó en la suposición de que este referencial teórico tiene amplitud, profundidad y consistencia para abordar tanto fenómenos educativos más globales en la sociedad-mundo actual cómo del didáctico-pedagógico cotidiano. Con base en los autores revisados, reflexionamos sobre límites de la pedagogía tradicional y las posibilidades de una pedagogía emergente, basada en la complejidad, en el trabajo docente en educación superior, considerando sus dimensiones de planificación, acción pedagógica y evaluación.]]></p></abstract>
