Da análise, emergiram os imaginários de trabalho docente: solitário e individualizado; temporalizado, regrado e rotinizado; conflitivo; técnico; apartado do debate social e com práticas pedagógicas tradicionais; submetido a relações autoritárias, competitivas, ameaçadoras, disciplinares e punitivas. Tais imaginários correspondem a concepções antigas de ensino (como vocação e ofício) e a uma socialização docente marcada pela feminização - avessas às formas contemporâneas de ensino e à ideia de docência como profissão. A abordagem considera o contexto da cultura digital que incide nas formas de percepção e representação da docência no espaço público da educação, expressando/difundindo imaginários que atravancam o debate social da profissionalização docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This documentary research aims to identify imagery in teaching expressed / disseminated in the Rita series (Netflix, by streaming), whose main character is a teacher. From the analysis, the imagery in teaching emerged: solitary and individualized; temporized, regulated and routinized; conflictive; technical; apart from social debate and with traditional pedagogical practices; subjected to authoritarian, competitive, threatening, disciplinary and punitive relationships. Such imagery correspond to old teaching concepts (such as vocation and craft) and to a teaching socialization marked by feminization - as opposed to contemporary forms of teaching and the idea of teaching as a profession. The approach considers the context of the digital culture that focuses on the forms of perception and representation of teaching in the public space of education, expressing/disseminating the imagery that clutter the social debate of teaching professionalization.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Esta investigación documental tiene como objetivo identificar el imaginario del trabajo docente expresadas / difundidas en la serie Rita (Netflix, por streaming), protagonizada por una profesora. Del análisis surgió el imaginario del trabajo docente: solitario e individualizado; cronometrados, regulados y rutinarios; conflictivo técnico; al margen del debate social y con las prácticas pedagógicas tradicionales; sometidos a relaciones autoritarias, competitivas, amenazantes, disciplinarias y punitivas. Estos imaginarios corresponden a viejos conceptos de enseñanza (como la vocación y el oficio) y a una socialización docente marcada por la feminización, en oposición a las formas contemporáneas de enseñanza y la idea de la docencia como profesión. El enfoque considera el contexto de la cultura digital que se enfoca en las formas de percepción y representación de la docencia en el espacio público de la educación, expresando / difundiendo imaginarios que desordenan el debate social de la profesionalización docente.]]></p></abstract>
