<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1413-65382015000200245&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1413-65382015000200245&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1413-65382015000200245&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Neste artigo procura-se evidenciar o papel da hist&#243;ria oral na pesquisa qualitativa como um instrumento fundamental na coleta de depoimentos de estudantes cegos ou professores de estudantes cegos, particularmente sobre o processo de ensino e aprendizagem de F&#237;sica na Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica. Tal procedimento metodol&#243;gico permite, mediante a narrativa do entrevistado, seja este estudante ou professor, compreender quais s&#227;o os problemas e os desafios no processo de ensino e aprendizagem e sua correla&#231;&#227;o com a hist&#243;ria de vida dos estudantes. Entende-se, com esse trabalho, que a an&#225;lise das narrativas de alunos cegos, nas vertentes tem&#225;tica e de vida, fornecem dados que orientam os passos que os pesquisadores devem seguir na elabora&#231;&#227;o de estrat&#233;gias e materiais did&#225;ticos espec&#237;ficos para estudantes cegos, al&#233;m de proporcionar uma compreens&#227;o mais profunda acerca do desempenho destes estudantes durante a aplica&#231;&#227;o dos testes. Assim, aponta-se para a utiliza&#231;&#227;o dessa metodologia e o que ela tem possibilitado no que se refere a pesquisas na &#225;rea de f&#237;sica com estudantes cegos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[In this paper, we discuss the role of oral history in qualitative research, as an essential tool for collecting data from blind students or their teachers, specifically about their experience in learning or teaching physics in middle and high school. This methodological procedure, based on the interviewee's narrative (be he/she a student or teacher), allows one to understand the problems and challenges involved in the teaching/learning process and how they are correlated to the students' experience. The analysis of the blind students' narratives provides data that indicate the best choices the researcher should make when elaborating strategies and didactic materials appropriate to blind students, besides providing a better understanding of these students' performance during the application of tests. Thus, we suggest using this methodology through the discussion of possibilities brought into investigations related to physics education of blind students.]]></p></abstract>
