Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliométrica e sociométrica dos artigos publicados nos eventos e periódicos da ANPAD e em teses e dissertações. Foram analisados 46 estudos do período de 1997 a 2011. Efetuou-se a análise bibliométrica e sociométrica dos dados, no tocante a: redes sociais de cooperação entre autores; autores mais prolíficos e com maior número de laços; indicadores estatísticos aplicados às redes sociais; redes sociais de cooperação entre instituições; instituições mais prolíficas e com maior número de laços; obras mais citadas. Complementarmente, realizou-se a análise de conteúdo do tipo temática, visando-se extrair os temas estudados. Para análise das redes sociais, exploraram- -se as redes de coautoria. Verificou-se a baixa centralidade e alto índice de heterogeneidade das redes, o que aponta a fragmentação da estrutura de relacionamentos, havendo indícios de que as redes são características do tipo small worlds. As redes de cooperação entre instituições também apresentaram estrutura fragmentada. No tocante aos temas estudados, a maior concentração ocorreu sobre Implementação, Desenvolvimento e Gestão do E-learning. Em menor número, emergiram questões relacionadas ao ensino-aprendizagem em e-learning. Sugere-se que estudos futuros ampliem a discussão relacionada ao processo ensino-aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The objective of this study was to identify the social networks of cooperation among actors, understood as actors and institutions, in the publication of articles on the theme of Information and Communication Technologies, as well as, the most researched themes in the Brazilian context. This study conducted a bibliometric and sociometric survey of articles published in the events and the journals of ANPAD and in theses and dissertations. A total of 46 studies were collected and analyzed between 1997 and 2011. The sociometric and bibliometric analysis of the data were conducted, regarding: social networks of cooperation among authors; and the most prolific authors with the greatest number of links, statistical indicators applied to social networks, social networks of cooperation among institutions; and the most prolific institutions with the greatest number of links; most cited works. In addition, a content analysis was conducted, of thematic type, aiming to extract the topics studied. For the analysis of social networks, the networks of co-authoring were explored. A low centrality and high heterogeneity index were observed in the networks, which points to the fragmentation of the structure of relationships, there are signs that the networks are characterized as small world types. Networks of cooperation among institutions also presented fragmented structure. In terms of the topics studied, the highest concentration occurred on Implementation, Development and Management of E-learning. In lower number, issues emerged related to teaching-learning in e-learning. It is suggested that future studies will expand the discussion related to the teaching-learning process.]]></p></abstract>
