Objetivou-se analisar indícios de aprendizagem significativa a respeito dos saberes docentes no âmbito do PRP, compreendendo e refletindo relatos de experiências de residentes licenciandos em Ciências da Natureza, participantes de uma escola-campo de anos finais do Ensino Fundamental. Apresenta-se como uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e de caráter exploratório-descritivo. Fizeram parte dos sujeitos da pesquisa seis residentes. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foram utilizados dois relatos reflexivos, que foram construídos por cada residente e que abordaram diferentes temáticas relacionadas à sua formação inicial a partir de sua participação no PRP. Os principais resultados indicam indícios de aprendizagem significativa acerca dos saberes da formação profissional e experiencial. Entretanto, não foi possível investigar por indícios de aprendizagem significativa sobre os saberes curricular e disciplinar neste grupo de sujeitos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This study examines the initial training of teachers through participation in the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP). The goal was to investigate the presence of significant learning in terms of pedagogical teaching knowledge based on the experiences of science resident students in a field school in the final years of elementary school. The research used a qualitative approach with an exploratory-descriptive nature, involved six students, and collected data through two reflexive narratives addressing themes related to their initial training in the PRP. The results show evidence of meaningful learning gained from professional and experiential training. However, there was no evidence of significant learning about curricular and disciplinary knowledge among this subject group.]]></p></abstract>
