<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1516-73132024000100255&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1516-73132024000100255&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1516-73132024000100255&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Este artigo apresenta as opiniões dos alunos de uma escola do ensino médio sobre o uso de um jogo didático denominado Tabuleiro de Xadrez Microbiológico (TXM), inserido em uma sequência didática investigativa, baseada no ciclo de aprendizagem 5E, fornecendo análises que possibilitam inferir sobre seu potencial como ferramenta para auxiliar no ensino de Microbiologia. São também descritos os processos de criação e aplicação do TXM, como produto de uma pesquisa que resultou em uma dissertação de mestrado. O jogo é composto por perguntas voltadas ao Ensino Médio, inseridas em um conjunto de cartas, um tabuleiro convencional de xadrez, e outro tabuleiro maior, desenhado no chão, e um tutorial no formato de cartilha. Os achados desta pesquisa possibilitaram inferir que a criação e implantação do TXM favoreceram o processo de ensino e aprendizagem quanto à abordagem pedagógica da Microbiologia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article explores high school students' perspectives on using a didactic game called the Microbiological Chessboard (TXM). The game is integrated into an investigative teaching sequence based on the 5E learning cycle and highlights its potential as an effective tool for teaching microbiology concepts. The article also describes the creation and application processes of the game, which is part of a master's thesis. The Microbiological Chessboard consists of questions designed for high school students, presented on a series of cards, alongside a conventional chessboard, a larger board drawn on the floor, and a tutorial booklet. The findings from this research indicate that both the creation and implementation of TXM have positively enhanced the teaching and learning process related to the pedagogical approach to microbiology.]]></p></abstract>
