Para tal, construíram-se 21 retratos sociológicos com o propósito de captar as trajetórias acadêmicas e os caminhos profissionais destas pessoas. A partir destes retratos, procedeu-se à tipificação das trajetórias acadêmicas por meio da construção de ideais-tipo: lineares, de especialização, de reformulação e de reconstrução. Numa perspetiva ampla, as trajetórias acadêmicas surgem imbricadas com os percursos profissionais, suscitando reflexões profundas em torno da profissionalidade em Ciências da Educação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The present research is grounded in the knowledge produced around the work in Education Sciences and aimed to explore the academic trajectories of former students of Education Sciences with a professional experience of more than 7 years. To this end, 21 sociological portraits were built to capture the academic trajectories and professional paths of these individuals. We proceeded to typify academic trajectories by constructing ideal-types from these portraits: linear, specialization, reformulation, and reconstruction. From a broad perspective, academic trajectories appear intertwined with professional paths, giving rise to profound reflections about the work in the field of Education Sciences.]]></p></abstract>
