O objetivo foi evidenciar a reconstrução do conceito de DNA durante o desenvolvimento de um módulo didático em um enfoque investigativo com alunos do terceiro ano do ensino médio de uma escola pública do Paraná. Houve o acompanhamento sistemático e coleta de dados por meio de instrumentos diversos. A análise foi organizada em quatro momentos diferentes: elaboração de hipóteses pelos alunos, elaboração de desenhos sobre DNA, pesquisa realizada pelos alunos referente ao conceito de DNA e síntese descritiva individual. Mediante a análise dos resultados pode-se salientar que o enfoque investigativo possibilitou a participação ativa dos alunos principalmente nos questionamentos em sala e elaboração de sínteses. Destacamos também que houve evidências quanto à reconstrução do conceito de DNA pelos alunos envolvidos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper is a result of a research performed in the context of the program of scholarships for beginner teachers, from the subproject of Biological Sciences in a public university of Paraná. The goal was to highlight the reconstruction of the concept of the DNA during the development of a courseware module in a investigative focus with students from the third year of high school of a public school of Paraná. There was a systematic monitoring and data gathering through several instruments. The analysis was organized in four different moments: hypothesis development by the students, the development of drawings about DNA, research performed by the students on the concept of DNA and individual descriptive synthesis. Through the analysis of the results it could be emphasized that the investigative focus allowed the active participation of the students, especially in the class questionings and synthesis development. We highlight also that there was evidences as to the reconstruction of the DNA concept by the students involved.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Este trabajo es resultante de una investigación realizada en el contexto del Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación a la Docencia - PIBID, del sub-proyecto de Ciencias Biológicas de una Universidad Pública de Paraná. El objetivo fue evidenciar la reconstrucción del concepto de DNA durante el desarrollo de un módulo didáctico en un enfoque investigativo con alumnos del tercero año de la Enseñanza Media de una escuela pública de Paraná. Hubo el acompañamiento sistemático y colecta de datos por medio de instrumentos diversos. El análisis fue organizado en cuatro momentos diferentes: elaboración de hipótesis por los alumnos, elaboración de dibujos sobre el DNA, investigación realizada por los alumnos referente al concepto de DNA y síntesis descriptiva individual. Mediante el análisis de los resultados se puede destacar que el enfoque investigativo posibilitó la participación activa de los alumnos principalmente en los cuestionamientos en el aula y en la elaboración de síntesis. Destacamos también que hubo evidencias cuanto a la reconstrucción del concepto de DNA por los alumnos envueltos.]]></p></abstract>
