Atrav&#233;s de pesquisa documental, analisa documentos oficiais do Minist&#233;rio da Educa&#231;&#227;o (MEC) sobre forma&#231;&#227;o de professores, documentos do BIRD e da UNESCO. Visando a redu&#231;&#227;o da pobreza e a forma&#231;&#227;o para o trabalho, o alvo principal do BIRD &#233; a Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica para o que dever&#227;o se formar professores, cujas propostas se traduzem nas Diretrizes Curriculares, cujo foco &#233; a 'forma&#231;&#227;o por compet&#234;ncias'. Assim, as institui&#231;&#245;es formadoras voltam seus objetivos para adequar a for&#231;a de trabalho aos ditames do capital, transferindo a escola da esfera pol&#237;tica para a esfera do mercado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Discuss the relationship between policies for teacher education and the interference of international multilateral agencies in particular the World Bank (IBRD). Through desk research, analyze official documents of the Ministry of Education (MEC) on teacher training, documents IBRD and UNESCO.Visando poverty reduction and job training, the main target of the IBRD is the Basic Education for those should form teachers whose proposals are reflected in the curriculum guidelines, whose focus is on "training for skills." Thus, the educational institutions turn their goals to match the workforce to the dictates of capital, transferring the school from the political sphere to the sphere of the market.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Discute la relaci&#243;n entre las pol&#237;ticas y la formaci&#243;n de profesores y la interferencia de los organismos multilaterales internacionales, en particular el Banco Mundial (BIRF). A trav&#233;s de la investigaci&#243;n documental, an&#225;lisis de documentos oficiales del Ministerio de Educaci&#243;n (MEC) sobre la formaci&#243;n del profesorado, los documentos del BIRF y la UNESCO. Dirigido a la reducci&#243;n de la pobreza y la capacitaci&#243;n para el trabajo, el objetivo principal es la Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica del BIRF para lo que se debe capacitar a los maestros cuyas propuestas se reflejan en el Plan de Estudios, que se centra en "la formaci&#243;n de habilidades." Por lo tanto, las instituciones educativas a convertir sus metas para adaptar la mano de obra a los dictados del capital, la transferencia de la escuela a la esfera pol&#237;tica al mercado.]]></p></abstract>
