O referencial te&#243;rico abarca autores/as das tem&#225;ticas de g&#234;nero, sexualidade, rela&#231;&#245;es raciais e pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas que orientam uma educa&#231;&#227;o equitativa. O curso de extens&#227;o foi organizado em quatro m&#243;dulos e realizado por meio de oficinas. Constatou-se que a forma&#231;&#227;o n&#227;o tem considerado as respectivas tem&#225;ticas, gerando deslocamentos e inquieta&#231;&#245;es na pr&#225;tica docente. Identificaram-se lacunas destas quest&#245;es nos projetos pedag&#243;gicos, curr&#237;culos, planos de ensino e nos cursos de licenciatura. A constru&#231;&#227;o de uma educa&#231;&#227;o para rela&#231;&#245;es equitativas de g&#234;nero pressup&#245;e a inser&#231;&#227;o dessas tem&#225;ticas nos documentos e nas pr&#225;ticas docentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This text reflects on training of academic, undergraduate and graduate teachers about the interface with gender and sexuality. The theoretical framework includes authors on gender, sexuality, race relations and public policies guiding towards an equitable education. A course for teachers was organized in four modules and conducted through workshops. It was observed that the training had not considered relevant issues generating displacement and unrest in the teaching practice. Gaps were identified on these issues in educational projects, curricula, teaching plans and degree courses. Construction of an education for equitable gender relations requires the inclusion of these themes in the documents and teaching practices.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En este art&#237;culo se reflexiona sobre la formaci&#243;n de los profesores, acad&#233;micos de los estudios de grado y postgrado en la interfaz de g&#233;nero y la sexualidad. El marco te&#243;rico que incluye autores de g&#233;nero, sexualidad, relaciones raciales y pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas que orientan una educaci&#243;n equitativa. El curso de extensi&#243;n se organiza en cuatro m&#243;dulos y llev&#243; a cabo a trav&#233;s de talleres. Se encontr&#243; que la formaci&#243;n no ha tenido en cuenta las cuestiones relevantes, generando el desplazamiento y los disturbios en la pr&#225;ctica docente. Dificultades se identificaron en proyectos educativos, programas de estudio, planes de ense&#241;anza y cursos de grado. La construcci&#243;n de una educaci&#243;n para las relaciones equitativas de g&#233;nero requiere la inclusi&#243;n de estos temas en los documentos y las pr&#225;cticas de ense&#241;anza.]]></p></abstract>
