Transitamos pelo estudo do comportamento de base científica, filosófica e, com especial destaque, adentramos na relação comportamento e educação. Ao revisitarmos as concepções do referidos os autores, refletimos sobre as apropriações e transferências que foram realizadas entre o que foi produzido no terreno do comportamentalismo e o que foi vivenciado como abordagem comportamentalista da educação. O ensaio mostra como a produção teórica sobre o comportamento constituiu justificativa para a tendência tecnicista, que vivenciou o seu auge em território brasileiro nas décadas de 1960 e 1970. Não obstante dos fins educacionais vivenciados na referida época, o ensaio aponta as contribuições atemporais dos autores citados e daquilo que produziu e permanece produzindo formas de conhecer o humano, as suas interações e as ações no e com o mundo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This theoretical nature essay, revisits concepts formulated by outstanding researchers linked to behavioral studies: Ivan Pavlov, John Watson and Burrhus Frederic Skinner. Transiting through the behavior based on scientific and philosophical studies. Furthermore, we especially enter into the relationship between behavior and education. Studying such authors, we reflect on the appropriations and the transferences that were made between what was produced in the behaviorist field and what was experienced as a behaviorist approach in education. The essay presents how the theoretical production about behavior generates justification for the technicist tendency, which has experienced its climax in Brazilian territory in the 1960s and 1970s. Although the educational purposes experienced at that time, the essay presents the contributions of the authors cited and of what was produced and continues to produce ways of knowing the human, their interactions and actions in and with the world.]]></p></abstract>

Transitamos por el estudio del comportamiento de base científica, filosófica y, con especial destaque, adentramos en la relación de comportamiento y educación. Al revisitar los autores, reflexionamos sobre las apropiaciones y transferencias que se realizaron entre lo que fue producido en el terreno del comportamentalismo y lo que fue vivido como un enfoque comportamentalista de la educación. El ensayo muestra cómo la producción teórica sobre el comportamiento constituye justificación para la tendencia tecnicista, que vivió su auge en territorio brasileño en las décadas de 1960 y 1970.
