Foram identificados os estudantes com comportamentos considerados indisciplinados por meio de entrevistas com professores, equipe gestora e observações de aulas, em seguida foram analisados os ROIs desses estudantes. Os registros escolares são importantes para a formulação e implementação de projetos preventivos que lidem com a indisciplina escolar, entretanto, observamos uma banalização do ROI. Foi percebida uma discrepância entre as escolas quanto à quantidade de registros. Foi possível perceber que não há relação de continuidade e não ocorrem encaminhamentos necessários de cada registro. Os ROIs seriam importantes materiais para prevenção de atos de indisciplina se usados de maneira criteriosa e coerente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present research has as theme &#8220;the school indiscipline&#8221;. The objective was to analyze the Records of Indiscipline Incidents ( RII ) at State Public Schools in a city of SP. It was identified the naughty students by interviewing teachers, the school coordination, directors; watching classes; analyzing the student&#8217;s RII. The &#8220;school records&#8221; are important for the formulation and implementation of prevention projects which deals with school indiscipline. However, it was noticed a &#8220;trivialization&#8221;of the RII. There is a discrepancy between the number of schools and the number of records. It was realized that: there isn&#8217;t a continue relation, and it doesn&#8217;t occur referrals of each occurrence. ROIs would be important materials for preventing acts of indiscipline if used in a judicious and coherent manner.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este estudio tuvo como tema la indisciplina escolar y como objetivo analizar los Registros de Ocurrencias de Indisciplinas (ROI) en escuelas estatales de una ciudad del interior de SP. Fueron identificados los alumnos con comportamientos considerados indisciplinados por medio de entrevistas con los profesores, equipo gestory observación de las clases, seguidamente, fueron analizados los ROIs de estos alumnos. Los registros escolares son importantes para la formulación e implementación de proyectos preventivos que lidien con la indisciplina escolar, aun así, observamos una banalización del ROI. Fue observada una discrepancia entre las escuelas sobre la cantidad de registros. Fue posible apreciar que no hay una relación de continuidad y no son realizadas las gestiones necesarias para cada registro. Los ROIs serían importantes materiales para la prevención de actos de indisciplina si se usan de manera juiciosa y coherente.]]></p></abstract>
