Nesta última se destacam os ambientes virtuais que são utilizados como ferramenta didática nas relações de ensino e aprendizagem. Este artigo tem o objetivo de discutir as técnicas de inteligência artificial e virtualização incorporadas em Ambientes Virtuais de Ensino e Aprendizagem (AVEAs) a partir da descrição do surgimento da ferramenta, seguindo pela evolução frente aos desafios e perspectivas tecnológicas de ensino na educação online, seja na modalidade presencial, semipresencial ou à distância. Para tanto, será apresentado uma linha de evolução estruturada a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica de natureza descritiva, fundamentada por artigos científicos que discutem a temática e relaciona os aspectos didáticos e tecnológicos enfatizando a concepção, aplicação e desafios da arte de ensinar através de ciberespaços como os ambientes virtuais. Por fim se conceitua e discute as técnicas de inteligência artificial e virtualização, bem como sua incorporação em ambientes virtuais e relevância no processo de inovação das relações de ensino e aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Among the technologies that digital transformation presents, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtualization are among those that most impact social and production relations in several areas, such as finance, retail, mobility, health and education. The latter highlight the virtual environments that are used as a didactic tool in the teaching and learning relationships. This article aims to discuss the techniques of Artificial Intelligence and Virtualization incorporated in Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) from the description of the emergence of the tool, following the evolution facing the challenges and Technological perspectives of teaching in online education, whether in the face-to-face or distance modality. To this end, a structured evolution line will be presented based on a bibliographic research of a descriptive nature, grounded by scientific articles discussing the theme and relating the didactic and technological aspects emphasizing the conception, Application and challenges of the art of teaching through cyberspaces such as virtual environments. Finally, it conceptualizes and discusses the techniques of Artificial Intelligence and Virtualization, as well as its incorporation into Virtual Environments and relevance in the process of innovation of teaching and learning relations.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Entre las tecnologías que presenta la transformación digital, la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y la virtualización son las que más impactan las relaciones sociales y de producción en varias áreas, como finanzas, retail, movilidad, salud y educación. Estos últimos destacan los entornos virtuales que se utilizan como herramienta didáctica en las relaciones de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir las técnicas de inteligencia artificial y virtualización incorporadas en entornos virtuales de enseñanza y aprendizaje (AVEAs) a partir de la descripción de la aparición de la herramienta, siguiendo la evolución que enfrenta los retos y Perspectivas tecnológicas de la enseñanza en la educación en línea, ya sea en la modalidad presencial, semipresential o a distancia. Para ello, se presentará una línea de evolución estructurada basada en una investigación bibliográfica de carácter descriptivo, basada en artículos científicos sobre el tema y que relajelos los aspectos didácticos y tecnológicos que enfatizan la concepción, Aplicación y desafíos del arte de la enseñanza a través de ciberespacios como entornos virtuales. Por último, conceptualiza y analiza las técnicas de inteligencia artificial y virtualización, así como su incorporación a entornos virtuales y relevancia en el proceso de innovación de las relaciones docentes y de aprendizaje.]]></p></abstract>
