Para tanto, utiliza metodologicamente a pesquisa exploratória, bibliográfica e algumas narrativas constituídas na pesquisa empírica com educandos da EJA em situação de rua. O estudo dialoga com autores que abordam os direitos humanos e o mundo do trabalho, por compreender a necessidade de diálogos e ações cada vez mais estreitos entre educação de jovens e adultos, trabalho e direitos humanos. O artigo aponta a importância de uma educação de jovens e adultos que não fragmente os saberes e os sujeitos, mas que desenvolva nesses educandos a capacidade de reflexão e ação diante da violação de direitos, fomentando o processo formativo e a produção do conhecimento em/para a educação em direitos humanos. No processo da narrativa, a memória se faz presente, associando vivências individuais e coletivas e trazendo à tona a memória do grupo social a qual pertencem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze youth and adult education as a possibility for homeless people to exercise the right to education, recovering the protagonism and autonomy from their narratives. For such, it uses methodologically the exploratory, bibliographical research and some narratives constituted in the empirical research with students of the youth and adult education in homeless situation. The study dialogues with authors who discuss human rights and the world of work, for understanding the need for ever closer dialogues and actions between youth and adult education, work and human rights. The article points out the importance of a youth and adult education that does not fragment the knowledge and the individuals, but it develops in these students the capacity for reflection and action in the face of the violation of rights, by promoting the formative process and the production of knowledge in / for human rights education. In the narrative process, memory is present by associating individual and collective experiences, bringing to light the memory of the social group to which they belong.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la educación de jóvenes y adultos (EJA) como una posibilidad para que las personas sin hogar ejerzan el derecho a la educación, recuperando el protagonismo y la autonomía de sus narrativas. Para ello, utiliza metodológicamente la investigación exploratoria, bibliográfica y algunas narrativas constituidas en la investigación empírica con estudiantes de la EJA en situación de calle. El estudio dialoga con autores que discuten los derechos humanos y el mundo del trabajo para comprender la necesidad de diálogos y acciones cada vez más estrechos entre la educación de jóvenes y adultos, el trabajo y los derechos humanos. El artículo señala la importancia de una educación de jóvenes y adultos que no fragmente los saberes ni los sujetos de estos saberes, pero que desarrolle en los estudiantes la capacidad de reflexión y acción frente a la violación de derechos, promoviendo el proceso formativo y la producción de conocimiento en / para educación en derechos humanos. En el proceso narrativo, la memoria és presente al asociar experiencias individuales y colectivas, sacando a la luz la memoria del grupo social al que pertenecen.]]></p></abstract>
