É uma pesquisa quali-quanti, de cunho metodológico pós-crítico, com estudos bibliográficos e pesquisa de campo. Durante abril e maio de 2020, aplicamos um questionário semiestruturado, com 28 questões sobre o trabalho docente remoto em tempos de pandemia. Obtivemos 333 respondentes de 12 países, docentes ibero-americanos de diversos níveis educativos. Os resultados apontam diferenças quanto às idades, gêneros, formações e anos de experiência na docência. Há falta de computadores, conexão à Internet, dispositivos tecnológicos e formação docente para o trabalho docente remoto em tempos de pandemia. Mesmo com uma variedade de recursos e materiais para subsidiar o trabalho docente remoto, os participantes mostram que ainda não é suficiente, nem para todos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN This research aims to know the aspects that affect remote teaching work, those related to differences and multiple contexts that permeate educational practices mediated by technologies. It is a quali-quanti research, of a post-critical methodological nature, with bibliographic studies and field research. During April and May 2020, we applied a semi-structured questionnaire, with 28 questions about remote teaching work in times of pandemic. We obtained 333 respondents from 12 countries, Ibero-American teachers of different educational levels. The results show differences in terms of ages, genders, backgrounds, and years of teaching experience. There is a lack of computers, Internet connection, technological devices, and teacher training for remote teaching work in times of pandemic. Even with a variety of resources and materials to support remote teaching work, participants show that it is still not enough, and not for everyone.]]></p></abstract>

Es una investigación cuali-cuanti, de carácter metodológico post-crítico, con estudios bibliográficos e investigación de campo. Durante abril y mayo de 2020, se aplicó un cuestionario semiestructurado, con 28 preguntas sobre el trabajo docente remoto. Obtuvimos 333 respuestas de 12 países, docentes iberoamericanos de diferentes niveles educativos. Los resultados muestran diferencias en términos de edades, géneros, formación, años de experiencia docente. Se carece de computadoras, conexión a Internet, dispositivos tecnológicos y formación docente para el trabajo de enseñanza a distancia en tiempos de pandemia.
