<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000100125&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000100125&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1809-38762017000100125&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO  De uma institui&#231;&#227;o normalizadora e disciplinadora, a escola, teoricamente, nos &#250;ltimos anos, fora promovida a um local prop&#237;cio para o desenvolvimento de pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas que visem &#224; difus&#227;o da cultura do reconhecimento da(s) diferen&#231;a(s), no qual se inclui o combate e a preven&#231;&#227;o a pr&#225;ticas excludentes de alunos/as L&#233;sbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Big&#234;neros, Travestis, Transexuais, Transg&#234;neros, Queers, Questionadores, Intersexos, Indecisos/as, Assexuados/as, Aliados/as (reunidos na sigla LGBTQIA). Nesse sentido, respaldados num arsenal de refer&#234;ncias, temos como objetivo debater a estrutura&#231;&#227;o dos Programas Nacionais Brasil Sem Homofobia e Escola Sem Homofobia e a cultura do "desagendamento", promovida pelo governo federal, que recaiu sobre o Kit de Combate e Preven&#231;&#227;o &#224; Homofobia. Observamos que embora o Minist&#233;rio da Educa&#231;&#227;o tenha privilegiado algumas estrat&#233;gias, o posterior recuo delas nos leva a pensar que, se a escola &#233; fundamental na forma&#231;&#227;o para a cidadania, urge a necessidade de inser&#231;&#227;o de temas de grande impacto e relev&#226;ncia na vida social, que insistentemente desafiam princ&#237;pios democr&#225;ticos e &#233;ticos por meio da regula&#231;&#227;o e manuten&#231;&#227;o de injustific&#225;veis e distintos preju&#237;zos sociais contra as pessoas LGBTQIA. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  From a normalizing and disciplining institution, the school theoretically, in the last years, had been promoted to a place favorable for the development of public policies that aim at the diffusion of the culture of the recognition of the difference (s), which includes, the Combat and prevention of exclusionary practices of lesbian, gay, bisexual, bisexual, transvestites, transsexuals, transgenders, queers, questioners, intersexes, undecided, asexuals, allies. In this sense, backed by an arsenal of references, we aim to discuss the structuring of the National Programs Brazilian Without Homophobia and the Homophobic School, and the "disintegration" culture promoted by the federal government, which fell on the Kit of Combat and Prevention of Homophobia. We observed that although the Ministry of Education has privileged some strategies, the subsequent retreat of these leads us to think that, if the school is fundamental in the formation of citizenship, it is urgent to insert themes of great impact and relevance in social life, which Insistently defy democratic and ethical principles by regulating and maintaining unjustifiable and distinct social harm against LGBTQIA people. ]]></p></abstract>
