El objetivo de este estudio es conocer las prácticas docentes socialmente justas del profesorado Iberoamericano usando esta base de datos. A partir del concepto de Justicia Social de Redistribución, Reconocimiento y Participación se seleccionan las cuestiones que pueden aportar información. La muestra está conformada por 22.816 docentes de Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México, Portugal, España y la Cuidad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Los resultados indican, en primer término, que el concepto de prácticas de enseñanza que TALIS tiene está muy alejado de prácticas socialmente justas. De los datos que aporta, se ve una gran variabilidad entre países, siendo Colombia el país que más posibilidades tiene de desarrollar estas prácticas y España el que menos. Urge un cambio de enfoque en TALIS y unas políticas enfocadas a posibilitar el desarrollo de una enseñanza más justa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO O estudo TALIS 2018 contém uma grande quantidade de informação sobre as capacidades e as práticas docentes de 48 países de todo o mundo, 7 deles da Iberoamerica. O objetivo do estudo a que se reporta este artigo foi conhecer as práticas de ensino socialmente justas de profesores Iberoamericanos usando esta base de dados. A partir do conceito de Justiça Social de Redistribuição, Reconhecimento e Participação foram selecionadas as questões que podem fornecer informação. A amostra é conformada por 22.816 docentes de Brasil, Chile, Colômbia, México, Portugal, Espanha e a Cidade Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Os resultados indicam, em primeiro lugar, que o conceito de práticas de ensino que o TALIS segue está muito distante de práticas socialmente justas. Nos dados que fornece constata-se uma grande diferença entre países, com a Colombia a ser o país que mais possibilidades tem de desenvolver estas práticas e Espanha o que menos tem. Há necessidade de uma mudança de foco no TALIS e nas políticas destinadas a promover um ensino social ente mais justo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT TALIS 2018 study provides a large amount of information on the beliefs and teaching practices of 48 countries around the world, 7 of them from Iberoamerica. The purpose of this study is to know the socially just teaching practices of Iberoamerican teachers using this database. From the concept of Social Justice of Redistribution, Recognition and Participation are selected the questions that can contribute information. The sample is made up of 22.816 teachers from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, Spain and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The results indicate, first, that the concept of teaching practices that TALIS has is far removed from socially just practices. From the data provided, there is a great variability between countries, with Colombia being the country that has the most possibilities to develop these practices and Spain the less. There is a need for a change of focus in TALIS and policies aimed at enabling the development of a fairer education.]]></p></abstract>
