É resultado da ampliação dos estudos que relacionam currículo e justiça social realizados no Grupo de Educação e Pesquisa em Justiça Curricular (GEPEJUC) e de análises do contexto brasileiro, que a passos largos tem aprofundado na vida escolar uma racionalidade neoliberal. A ela somaram-se drásticos cortes nos investimentos públicos, a partir de 2016, que têm impedido a realização de metas propostas pelo Plano Nacional de Educação (2014-2024), além da obrigação jurídica imputada pelo Estado brasileiro aos entes federados de implementar a Base Nacional Comum Curricular, homologada em 2017. Analisa-se o currículo escolar como território de disputa (ARROYO, 2013) e apresenta-se o conceito de justiça curricular em suas três dimensões - a do conhecimento, a do cuidado e a da convivência - utilizando-o nas análises dos recentes acontecimentos educacionais brasileiros e propondo-o como um dos instrumentos de resistência às tendências dominantes na medida em que, no currículo, se cultivem espaços de formação de subjetividades democráticas. Ressalta-se a urgência de ensinar na e para a democracia compreendida como um valor. A fundamentação teórica: em relação às proposições epistemológicas e políticas, contou com Santos (2007, 2011, 2018) e Freire (2001, 2011, 2014) e, em relação ao conceito de justiça curricular, contou com Santomé (2013), Connel (2009), Estevão (2001, 2004), Ponce e Neri (2015, 2019) e Ponce (2016, 2018).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This paper is one of the products of research called Curriculum Justice in the 21st Century, policies and subjects of the curriculum, which guided Basic Education in Brazil in different regions and school networks. It is the result of the expansion of studies that relate curriculum and social justice conducted in the Study and Research Group in Curriculum Justice (called GEPEJUC) and analyzes of the Brazilian context, which has made impressive strides in deepening a neoliberal rationality in school life. Drastic cuts in public investments from 2016 was added to it, which have prevented the achievement of goals proposed by the National Education Plan (PNE - 2014-2024), in addition to the legal obligation imputed by the Brazilian State to the federated entities to implement the National Common Curricular Base (known as BNCC), approved in 2017. The school curriculum is analyzed as a territory of dispute (ARROYO, 2013) and the concept of curricular justice is presented in its three dimensions - knowledge, care and coexistence - using it in the analysis of recent Brazilian educational events and proposing it as one of the instruments of resistance to the dominant trends as far as spaces for democratic subjectivities are formed in the curriculum. The urgency of teaching in and for democracy understood as a value is emphasized. The theoretical foundation: in relation to epistemological and political propositions counted on Santos (2007, 2011, 2018) and Freire (2001, 2011, 2014) and, in relation to the concept of curricular justice counted on Santomé (2013), Connel (2009), Estevão (2001, 2004), Ponce and Neri (2015, 2019) and Ponce (2016, 2018).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo es uno de los frutos de la investigación denominada La justicia curricular en el siglo XXI, las políticas y los sujetos del currículum, que guió la Educación Básica en Brasil en diferentes regiones y redes escolares. Y es el resultado de la ampliación de los estudios que relacionan currículum y justicia social realizados por el Grupo de Educación e Investigación en Justicia Curricular (GEPEJUC) y de análisis del contexto brasileño, en el que se observa que rápidamente se ha profundizado en la vida escolar una racionalidad neoliberal. A ella se suman drásticos recortes en las inversiones públicas desde 2016, que impiden la realización de los objetivos propuestos por el Plan Nacional de Educación (2014-2014), además de la obligatoriedad jurídica imputada por el Estado brasileño a las entidades federadas para implementar la Base Nacional Común Curricular que se homologó en 2017. El currículum escolar se analiza como territorio de disputa (ARROYO, 2013) y se presenta el concepto de justicia curricular en sus tres dimensiones - la del conocimiento, la del cuidado y la de la convivencia - utilizándolo en el análisis de los recientes acontecimientos educacionales brasileños y proponiéndolo como uno de los instrumentos de resistencia a las tendencias dominantes a medida que, en el currículum, se cultiven espacios de formación de subjetividades democráticas.
