O estudo fundamenta-se nas análises de dados coletados em questionários aplicados aos cursistas da ação &#8220;Escola da Terra: formação de professores de Escolas Multisseriadas do campo e quilombolas&#8221;, desenvolvida em 17 municípios do Estado do Ceará, ao longo dos anos de 2015-2016, fruto de uma pesquisa de natureza quali-quantitativa. A estrutura argumentativa deste trabalho, suas problematizações e considerações revelam a importância fulcral dos movimentos sociais, da consciência de classe dos trabalhadores diante do quadro evidenciado em que a formação dos professores apresenta-se fragilizada, fragmentada, descontextualizada e aligeirada. Os resultados indicam desde a incompreensão de categorias como campo, educação do campo e as concepções teóricas que referenciam as práticas pedagógicas. Além disso as respostas indicaram incongruências entre as teorias pedagógicas adotadas pelos professores e o conhecimento dos teóricos criadores dessas teorias.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The paper discusses the teacher training developed in the State of Ceará, taking as its motto the relations that are established between the mutations of the world of work and its reverberations in the Field Education. The study is based on the analysis of data collected in questionnaires applied to the Cursistas of the action "Escola da Terra- School of the Earth: training of teachers of Multisseriados schools of the field and quilombolas", developed in 17 municipalities of the State of Ceará, during the years of 2015- 2016, the result of research of a qualitative and quantitative nature. The argumentative structure of this work, its problematizations and considerations reveal the central importance of social movements, of workers' class consciousness in the face of the evidence that the formation of teachers is fragile, fragmented, decontextualized and lightened. The results indicate from the incomprehension of categories like field, education of the field and the theoretical conceptions that refer to the pedagogical practices. Moreover, the answers indicated inconsistencies between the pedagogical theories adopted by teachers and the knowledge of the theorists who created these theories.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El trabajo discute la formación de profesores desarrollada en el Estado de Ceará / Brasil, teniendo como mote las relaciones que se establecen entre las mutaciones del mundo del trabajo y sus reverberaciones en la Educación del Campo. El estudio se fundamenta en los análisis de datos recogidos en cuestionarios aplicados a los Cursistas de la acción "Escuela de la Tierra: formación de profesores de Escuelas Multiseriales del campo y quilombolas", desarrollada en 17 municipios del Estado de Ceará, a lo largo de los años 2015- 2016, fruto de una investigación de naturaleza cuantitativa. La estructura argumentativa de este trabajo, sus problematizaciones y consideraciones revelan la importancia fundamental de los movimientos sociales, de la conciencia de clase de los trabajadores ante el cuadro evidenciado en que la formación de los profesores se presenta fragilizada, fragmentada, descontextualizada y aligerada. Los resultados indican desde la incomprensión de categorías como campo, educación del campo y las concepciones teóricas que hacen referencia a las prácticas pedagógicas.
