Problematizando o currículo em contexto multicultural, definiu como objetivo conhecer possibilidades e limitações do currículo na formação de professores em contexto multicultural, considerando a interseção que existe entre o currículo e a cultura como indutores de uma educação que tenha um papel social reflexivo, crítico, criativo e, portanto, significativo. Toma como percurso metodológico a modalidade de pesquisa fenomenológica, a partir da compressão husserliana, usando a descrição qualitativa como principal método. As significações expressas nos relatos de experiências permitiram alcançar resultados que apontaram limitações como a falta de atenção do currículo à realidade local, ausência de conhecimento sobre a organização curricular e as disputas por poder político hegemônico. Como possibilidade destaca a importância de uma matriz curricular com intencionalidade multicultural na amenização de problemas relacionais e de ensino e aprendizagem, assim como a valorização de princípios de respeito e tolerância e autonomia do sujeito de se pensar e pensar seu mundo a partir de sua cultura.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents a study on the curriculum in teacher education, considering the multicultural context of Roraima. In problematizing the curriculum in a multicultural context, he defined the objective of knowing possibilities and limitations of the curriculum in the training of teachers in a multicultural context, considering the intersection that exists between curriculum and culture as inducers of an education that has a reflective, critical, creative and therefore significant social role. It takes as a methodological path the phenomenological research modality, based on the Husserlian compression, using qualitative description as the main method. The meanings expressed in the experiences reports allowed to achieve results that pointed out limitations such as the lack of attention of the curriculum to the local reality, lack of knowledge about curricular organization and disputes over hegemonic political power. As a possibility, it highlights the importance of a curricular matrix with multicultural intent in alleviating relational and teaching and learning problems, as well as the appreciation of principles of respect and tolerance and the subject's autonomy to think and think about their world from their culture.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo presenta un estudio sobre el currículo en la formación de profesores, considerando el contexto multicultural de Roraima. Al problematizar el currículum en un contexto multicultural, se definió como objetivo conocer las posibilidades y limitaciones del currículum en la formación docente en contexto multicultural, considerando la intersección que existe entre el currículum y la cultura como inductores de una educación que tenga un papel social reflexivo, crítico, creativo y, por lo tanto, significativo. Toma como camino metodológico la modalidad de investigación fenomenológica, basada en la compresión Husserliana, utilizando la descripción cualitativa como método principal. Los significados expresados en los informes de experiencias permitieron alcanzar resultados que señalaron limitaciones tales como la falta de atención del currículum a la realidad local, falta de conocimiento sobre la organización curricular y disputas sobre el poder político hegemónico. Como posibilidad, se destaca la importancia de una matriz curricular con intención multicultural para aliviar los problemas relacionales y de enseñanza y aprendizaje, así como la valorización de los principios de respeto y tolerancia y la autonomía del sujeto para pensar y pensar sobre su mundo desde su cultura.]]></p></abstract>
