Trata-se de um inventário descritivo baseado na literatura e utilizado para analisar 69 situações-problema e seus respectivos guias, disparadores do processo ensino-aprendizagem da tutoria de primeira à quarta série de um curso médico de uma faculdade pública paulista. Realizou-se uma análise documental de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se o método da Análise Textual Discursiva. O roteiro constituiu-se de eixos que caracterizaram o perfil dos personagens e contextos das situações-problema: identificação, espaço, área de competência, vigilância em saúde, condições de vida, acesso aos serviços de saúde, vínculo, autonomia e diversidades e vulnerabilidades. Enfocou-se como o roteiro pode nortear a construção de situações-problema e a análise da dimensão social em cursos na área da saúde, cujos currículos utilizam a ABP.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article describes a script for the social dimension&#8217;s analysis in the process of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in a medical course. It is a descriptive inventory that was constructed based on existing literature and developed through analyze of 69 paper cases and their respective guides (triggers for the teaching-learning process from first to fourth medical years of a public faculty). Documentary analysis of the qualitative approach was carried out from Discursive Textual Analysis. The script consisted of axes that characterized the profile of the characters and contexts of the paper cases: identification, space, competence area, health surveillance, living conditions, access to health services, bonding, autonomy and diversities, and vulnerabilities. This article showed how the script itself can guide the construction of problems, and the analysis of the social dimension in health courses whose curricula are mediated by the PBL.]]></p></abstract>

Es un inventario descriptivo basado en la literatura y utilizado para analizar 69 situações-problema y sus respectivos guías, disparadores de proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en tutoríales del primero hasta el cuarto grado de un curso de medicina en una universidad pública estatal. Se realizó un análisis documental con un enfoque cualitativo con un Método de análisis textual discursivo. El guión consistió de ejes que caracterizan el perfil de los personajes y los contextos de los situações-problema: identificación, espacio, área de competencia, vigilancia de la salud, condiciones de vida, acceso a los servicios de salud, vínculo, autonomía y diversidad y vulnerabilidades. Se centró en cómo el guión puede orientar la construcción de situações-problema y el análisis de la dimensión social en los cursos de salud cuyos curricula utilizan ABP.]]></p></abstract>
