Tem por objetivo analisar como a valorização das diferenças e da diversidade compõe enunciados que atravessam os documentos e afetam os currículos escolares. O referencial teórico sustenta-se nos estudos foucaultianos. A metodologia possui abordagem qualitativa e se utiliza da análise documental. Os resultados assinalam que o discurso da inclusão enaltece a valorização das diferenças e da diversidade; indicam uma perspectiva pelo direito à educação, mas também coadunam com os interesses do neoliberalismo contemporâneo ao fazer da inclusão uma estratégia para incluir os sujeitos nos jogos do mercado. Nesse sentido, faz-se necessário que os sistemas de ensino incorporem a seus currículos escolares uma perspectiva de diferença que não seja apagada pela diversidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article presents a study about the inclusion discourse in documents guiding school inclusion processes. It aims to analyze how the valorization of differences and diversity compose statements that cross the documents, affect school curricula. The theoretical framework is based on Foucaultian studies. The methodology has a qualitative approach and uses documentary analysis. The results indicate that the discourse of inclusion extols the appreciation of diferences and diversity; they indicate a perspective for the right to education, but they are olso in line with the interests of contemporary neoliberalismo by making inclusion a stretegy to include market games. In this sense, it is necessary that the education systems incorporate in their school curricula a perspective of difference that is not erased by the diversity.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo presenta um studio sobre el discurso de la inclusión em los documentos que orientam los procesos de inclusión escolar. Su objetivo es analizar como la valorización de las diferencias y la diversidade componen enunciados que atraviesan los documentos y afectan los currículos escolares. El marco teórico se basea em los estúdios foucaultianos. La metodologia tiene um enfoque cualitativo y utiliza el análisis de documentos. Los resultados indican que el discurso de la inclusión exalta la valorización de las diferencias y la diversidade; indican uma perspectiva para el derecho a la educación, pero también están em línea com los interesses del neoliberalismo contemporâneo al hacer de la inclusión uma estrategia para incluir a los sujetos em los juegos de mercado. Em este sentido, es necessário que los sistemas educativos incorporen em sus currículos escolares uma perspectiva da diferencia que no sea borrada por la diversidad.]]></p></abstract>
