Numa perspectiva colaborativa, levantou-se as necessidades formativas destes professores e foi construída uma proposta formativa que contemplasse seus anseios, desafios e necessidades. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e caracteriza-se como pesquisa-formação. Os instrumentos utilizados foram os encontros reflexivos e os diários. Os fundamentos são de Gatti (2009), Ibiapina (2005, 2008), Imbernón (2005, 2016). Considera-se que a formação se configurou como espaço de troca, partilha de experiências, vivências, construção de conhecimentos, respeito das infâncias e educação infantil.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The focus of this work is to present a reflection on the training of early childhood education professionals, based on their training needs. In a collaborative perspective, the training needs of these teachers were raised and, together with that, a training proposal was built that contemplated their desires, challenges and needs. reflective encounters and diaries. We base ourselves on the foundations of Gatti (2009), Ibiapina (2005, 2008), Imbernón (2005, 2016). It is considered that training was configured as a space for exchange, sharing of experiences, experiences, for building knowledge about childhood and early childhood education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El eje de este trabajo es presentar una reflexión sobre la formación de los profesionales de la educación infantil, a partir de sus necesidades formativas. En una perspectiva colaborativa, se plantearon las necesidades formativas de estos docentes y, junto a ello, se construyó una propuesta formativa que contempló sus anhelos, desafíos y necesidades de encuentros y diarios reflexivos. Nos basamos en los fundamentos de Gatti (2009), Ibiapina (2005, 2008), Imbernón (2005, 2016).
