Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que realizou a &#8220;análise de conteúdo&#8221; de narrativas de experiências profissionais docentes coletadas por meio de diários de aula. O referencial teórico discute concepções e práticas de educação antirracista e o conceito de narrativas (auto)biográficas. Os resultados confirmam a importância da promoção de uma prática reflexiva para o desenvolvimento profissional docente e a necessidade de um trabalho sistematizado com a temática étnico-racial na elaboração de saberes profissionais docentes, em uma perspectiva antirracista.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to analyze the potential of the narrative as an instrument of reflection, teacher training and curricular insurgency, starting from a research that had as study object a proposal of an anti-racist education, undertaken by a group of public school teachers, in a context of Covid 19 pandemic. This was a qualitative research that performed a content analysis of professional experiences narratives gathered through class diaries. The theoretical framework discuss conceptions and practices of an anti-racist education and the concept of (auto) biographical narratives. The results confirm the importance of promoting a reflexive practice for the professional development of teachers and the necessity of a systematic work with the ethnic-racial theme in the development of professional teaching knowledge in an anti-racist perspective.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el potencial de las narrativas como instrumento de reflexión, de formación docente y de insurgencias curriculares, a partir de una investigación que tuvo como objeto de estudio una propuesta de educación antirracista, emprendida por un grupo de profesores de una escuela pública, en contexto con la pandemia del Covid 19. Se trata de una pesquisa cualitativa, que realizó un &#8220;análisis de contenido&#8221; de narrativas de experiencias profesionales docentes colectadas por medio de diarios de aula.
