O argumento central é a necessidade de inovação pedagógica pautada pelas demandas da atualidade com ambientes organizacionais imbricados em tecnologias que buscam por competências que não se viabilizam com práticas transmissivas nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem. Constituem o referencial teórico conceitos de inovação pedagógica, currículo, tecnologias e redes. A metodologia se deu por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas, análise documental de projetos pedagógicos de cursos universitários selecionados e entrevistas junto às coordenações. Como resultado, os dados revelaram indicadores possibilitando o mapeamento da inovação pedagógica com currículos a serem constituídos em rede cujos elos sejam as universidades, o ambiente organizacional e a comunidade, conectando teoria e prática para uma formação cidadã.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The proposed problem is to reflect on the need for a curriculum for training administrators. The central argument is the need for pedagogical innovation guided by current demands in organizational environments intertwined with technologies that seek skills that are not feasible with transmissive practices in the teaching and learning processes. The theoretical framework comprises concepts of pedagogical innovation, curriculum, technologies, and networks. The methodology was based on bibliographical research, documental analysis of pedagogical projects in selected university courses, and interviews with coordinators. As a result, the data revealed indicators enabling the mapping of pedagogical innovation with curricula to be constituted in a network whose links are the universities, the organizational environment, and the community, connecting theory and practice for citizenship education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El problema propuesto es reflexionar sobre la necesidad de nuevos currículos para la formación de administradores. El argumento central es la necesidad de innovación pedagógica guiada por las demandas actuales con ambientes organizacionales entrelazados con tecnologías que buscan habilidades que no son factibles con prácticas transmisivas en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. El marco teórico comprende conceptos de innovación pedagógica, currículo, tecnologías y redes. La metodología se basó en investigación bibliográfica, análisis documental de proyectos pedagógicos de carreras universitarias seleccionadas y entrevistas a coordinadores. Como resultado, los datos revelaron indicadores que permiten mapear la innovación pedagógica con los currículos para constituirse en una red cuyos vínculos son las universidades, el ambiente organizacional y la comunidad, conectando teoría y práctica para la educación ciudadana.]]></p></abstract>
