O texto principia por uma digressão histórica sobre a constituição da identidade docente e o processo de reconhecimento de sua profissão a partir de pesquisas sobre o perfil de licenciandas/os e licenciadas/os proveniente dos Relatórios de Síntese de Área do Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (Enade, 2017). O segundo ponto diz respeito à identidade negra na formação docente e seu reconhecimento identitário para promover a educação antirracista no currículo e, sob a perspectiva do multiculturalismo, possibilitar o combate a preconceitos e discriminações.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This essay presents a literature review, analyzes statistical data, and the training of teachers in their positive self-recognition process, as black people in facing prejudices, discrimination and exclusions in the school space. The text begins with a historical digression on the constitution of the teaching identity and the process of recognition of their profession, based on research on the profile of graduates, coming from the Area Synthesis Reports of the National Student Performance Exam (Enade, 2017). the second point concerns black identity in teacher training and its identity recognition to promote anti-racist education in the curriculum, and, from the perspective of multiculturalism, to make it possible to combat prejudice and discrimination.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este ensayo presenta una revisión bibliográfica, analiza datos estadísticos y la formación de profesoras/es en su proceso de autorreconocimiento positivo como negras y negros al enfrentarse contra prejuicios, discriminaciones y exclusiones en el espacio escolar. El texto comienza con una digresión histórica sobre la constitución de la identidad docente y el proceso de reconocimiento de su profesión a partir de investigaciones sobre el perfil de licenciadas/os, con base en los Informes de Síntesis de Área del Examen Nacional de Desempeño de los Estudiantes (Enade, 2017).
