Trata-se de um recorte bibliográfico e documental do processo de pesquisa de mestrado em Educação. As principais referências são autores que pesquisam Educação de Jovens e Adultos (Arroyo, 2017), Interseccionalidade, (Collins; Bilge, 2021; Gonzalez, 2020), mulheres negras (Vaz; Ramos, 2021; Carneiro, 2023), educar em direitos humanos (Candau; Sacavino, 2013; Silva, 2022). O estudo revelou que mulheres negras estudantes da EJA, em maioria, ainda vivem em situação de vulnerabilidade e têm seus direitos violados duplamente, considerando que essa modalidade ocupa um lugar periférico na escola, re/produzindo linhas de exclusão institucional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article analyzes the intersectional markers of black women who are students in Youth and Adult Education (EJA), perceiving ethnic-racial, gender and class indicators that configure violation of human rights. This is a bibliographic and documentary section of the research process for a master's degree in Education. The main references are authors who research Youth and Adult Education (Arroyo, 2017), Intersectionality (Collins; Bilge 2020; Gonzalez, 2020), black women (Vaz; Ramos, 2021; Carneiro, 2023), educating in human rights (Candau; Sacavino, 2013; Silva, 2022). The study revealed that most black female EJA students are in a vulnerable situation, with their rights being doubly violated, considering that this modality occupies a peripheral place in the school, reproducing institutional exclusion.]]></p></abstract>
