Este artigo analisa os desafios e possibilidades desse conceito e seus desdobramentos práticos nas políticas públicas e práticas pedagógicas da rede municipal de Diadema, legitimando a experiência da história do Município e do país. Utiliza-se da categoria legitimidade, da Teoria Crítica da Educação, da proposta da Justiça Curricular, da justiça social pluralista e do ciclo de políticas como referencial teórico. A metodologia qualitativa adota a análise de conteúdo de documentos públicos. Diadema destaca-se como referência de legitimação e busca por Justiça Curricular, apesar dos desafios enfrentados.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The study of Diadema's experience (2021-2024) based on the Curricular Justice proposal reveals itself as a counterpoint to neoliberal advances because it is guided by social participation and the promotion of human dignity. This article analyzes the challenges and possibilities of this concept and its practical consequences in public policies and pedagogical practices in the municipal network of Diadema, legitimizing the experience of the history of the municipality and the country. The concepts of legitimation, Critical Education Theory, Curricular Justice, pluralistic social justice and the policy cycle are utilized as theoretical references. The qualitative methodology adopts content analysis of public documents. Diadema stands out as a reference for legitimation and the search for Curricular Justice, despite the challenges faced.]]></p></abstract>

Este artículo analiza los desafíos y posibilidades de este concepto y sus consecuencias prácticas en las políticas públicas y prácticas pedagógicas en la red municipal de Diadema, legitimando la experiencia de la historia del Municipio y del país. Utiliza como referente teórico la categoría de legitimidad, la Teoría Crítica de la Educación, la propuesta de Justicia Curricular, la justicia social pluralista y el ciclo de políticas.
