Trata-se de uma an&#225;lise documental, de cunho te&#243;rico-cr&#237;tico, a qual permitiu observar que as atuais pol&#237;ticas para forma&#231;&#227;o de professores est&#227;o em conson&#226;ncia com as recomenda&#231;&#245;es do Banco Mundial. Tais orienta&#231;&#245;es geram a atribui&#231;&#227;o aos professores da responsabilidade pelo sucesso ou fracasso escolar dos alunos, verificados por meio de avalia&#231;&#245;es externas com base no desempenho avaliado]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to analyze the recommendations of the World Bank and its relation to the policies of teacher education in Brazil, in order to identify the concordances between current policies for teacher education in the literacy context. This is a document analysis of theoretical and critical nature, which permitted to observe that current policies for teacher education are consistent with the recommendations of the World Bank. Such guidelines generate the allocation of responsibility to the teachers for the success or failure of school students, verified through external assessments and based on the assessed performance.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El objetivo de este art&#237;culo es analizar las recomendaciones del Banco Mundial y su relaci&#243;n con la pol&#237;tica de formaci&#243;n docente en Brasil, con el fin de identificar las consonancias con las pol&#237;ticas actuales para la formaci&#243;n docente en el contexto de la alfabetizaci&#243;n. Se trata de un an&#225;lisis documental de car&#225;cter te&#243;rico y cr&#237;tico, que permiti&#243; observar que las pol&#237;ticas actuales para la formaci&#243;n docente son consistentes con las recomendaciones del Banco Mundial. Tales directrices generan la atribuci&#243;n a los docentes de la responsabilidad por el &#233;xito o el fracaso escolar de los estudiantes, verificado a trav&#233;s de evaluaciones externas con base en el desempe&#241;o evaluado.]]></p></abstract>
