A forma&#231;&#227;o docente &#233; discutida com base nos autores Tardif, Imbern&#243;n e N&#243;voa. Para a coleta de dados, foi utilizado um question&#225;rio com quest&#245;es abertas e fechadas disponibilizadas em um servidor online para pesquisas. A metodologia adotada foi qualitativa e os dados revelam que os processos envolvidos na realiza&#231;&#227;o de uma forma&#231;&#227;o, como trabalhos em grupo e metodologia, s&#227;o t&#227;o valorizados quanto o acesso a novos conhecimentos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper investigates the teaching continuing education as a public policy focused on confronting the illiteracy problem in the early years of elementary school, through the perceptions of 1.515 literacy teachers from the northwestern region of S&#227;o Paulo that participated in the federal program Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetiza&#231;&#227;o na Idade Certa (National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age) during the year 2013. Teacher education is discussed based on the authors Tardif, Imbern&#243;n and N&#243;voa. To collect data, a questionnaire with open and closed questions available on an online server for researches was used. The methodology was qualitative and the data shows that the processes involved in conducting training, such as group work and methodology, are as valued as access to new knowledge.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El trabajo investiga la formaci&#243;n continua como pol&#237;tica p&#250;blica encaminhada a abordar el problema del analfabetismo en la fase inicial de la escuela primaria, a trav&#233;s de las percepciones de 1.515 alfabetizadores en el noroeste de S&#227;o Paulo que participaron en el programa federal Pacto Nacional por la Alfabetizaci&#243;n en la Edad Apropiada durante el a&#241;o 2013. La formaci&#243;n de los docentes se discute sobre la base de los autores Tardif, Imbern&#243;n, N&#243;voa. Se utiliz&#243; un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y cerradas disponibles en un servidor en la web. La metodolog&#237;a fue cualitativa y los datos muestran que los procesos que intervienen en la realizaci&#243;n de la formaci&#243;n como el trabajo en grupo y la metodolog&#237;a son tan apreciados como el acceso a los nuevos conocimientos]]></p></abstract>
