A metodologia utilizada foi a an&#225;lise documental, e o referencial te&#243;rico adotado considerou autores como Lic&#237;nio Lima, Stephen Ball e Nora Krawczyk. Os estudos realizados permitiram compreender de que forma a flexibilidade fez com que o conhecimento desse lugar a aprendizagens m&#237;nimas. Estas s&#227;o caracterizadas por capacita&#231;&#245;es para formar personalidades produtivas para fomentar a competitividade econ&#244;mica atrav&#233;s do estabelecimento de percursos formativos individualizados. O conhecimento est&#225; associado &#224; produ&#231;&#227;o de um perfil formativo pautado na aprendizagem permanente, objetivando a empregabilidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The theme of the articles is educational policies produced to the high school in the last decade, aimed at examining the knowledge of concepts that emerge from such policies through the relation between education and economic development. The methodology used was documentary analysis and the theoretical framework adopted considered known authors, like Lic&#237;nio Lima, Stephen Ball and Nora Krawczyk. The studies carried out allowed us to understand how the flexibility has made the knowledge was replaced by the minimum learning. They are characterized by skills to shape productive personalities to promote economic competitiveness through the establishment of individualized training courses. The knowledge is associated to the production of a training profile guided on lifelong learning, aimed at employability.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El tema del art&#237;culo son las pol&#237;ticas educativas producidas para a la escuela secundaria en la &#250;ltima d&#233;cada, objetivando examinar las concepciones de conocimiento que emergen de estas pol&#237;ticas, a trav&#233;s de la relaci&#243;n entre la educaci&#243;n y el desarrollo econ&#243;mico. La metodolog&#237;a utilizada fue el an&#225;lisis documental y el marco te&#243;rico adoptado consider&#243; autores como Lic&#237;nio Lima, Stephen Ball y Nora Krawczyk. Los estudios permitieron comprender c&#243;mo la flexibilidad ha hecho el conocimiento cambiarse en aprendizajes m&#237;nimas.
