O referencial te&#243;rico baseia-se na avalia&#231;&#227;o dos processos cognitivos envolvidos na leitura (perspetivas de JIMENEZ; CUETOS), em que as duas baterias utilizadas assumem avaliar tais processos, sendo consideradas medidas concorrentes. Ambas se destinam a crian&#231;as dos 6 aos 12 anos de idade. Quanto &#224; metodologia, para explora&#231;&#227;o e acessibilidade foi utilizada uma amostra de crian&#231;as dos 2&#186; e 3&#186; anos de escolaridade, de institui&#231;&#245;es de ensino p&#250;blico e privado de Coimbra e da Beira Interior Norte. Os resultados apontam para a exist&#234;ncia de uma rela&#231;&#227;o positiva e significativa entre a leitura de palavras, leitura de pseudopalavras, estruturas gramaticais, sinais de pontua&#231;&#227;o e compreens&#227;o de frases (PROLEC-R) e a s&#237;ntese de fonemas (SICOLE-R).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The objective of this study was to test the content and concurrent validity of Prolec-R (FIGUEIRA; LOPES, n.d., investigation version), exploring the relations as a proof of phonological awareness (phoneme synthesis), SICOLE-R evaluation (FIGUEIRA; LOBO; LOPES; JIM&#201;NEZ, n.d., investigation version). The theoretical background comprises the evaluation of cognitive processes involved in reading (JIMENEZ'S and CUETOS'S perspectives), in which the two tests employed assume too evaluate such processes, and are considered concurrent procedures. Both are destined to children from 6 to 12 years old. The methodology used, for exploration and accessibility, a sample containing children from the 2nd and 3rd year of elementary school, from the public and education systems in Coimbra and Beira Interior Norte. The results revealed the existence of a positive and significant relation between the reading of words, reading of pseudo words, grammatical structures, punctuation marks and sentence comprehension (PROLEC-R) and the phoneme synthesis (SICOLE-R).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El objetivo del presente art&#237;culo es testar la validad de contenido y concurrente de la Prolec-R (FIGUEIRA; LOPES, n.d., versi&#243;n de investigaci&#243;n), explorando las relaciones con una prueba de consciencia fonol&#243;gica (s&#237;ntesis de fonemas), de la bater&#237;a SICOLE-R (FIGUEIRA; LOBO; LOPES; JIM&#201;NEZ, n.d., versi&#243;n investigaci&#243;n). El referencial te&#243;rico est&#225; cimentado en la evaluaci&#243;n de los procesos cognitivos involucrados en la lectura (perspectivas de JIMENEZ y CUETOS), en que las dos bater&#237;as utilizadas asumen evaluar tales procesos, siendo consideradas medidas concurrentes. Ambas se destinan a ni&#241;os de los 6 a los 12 a&#241;os de edad. Cuanto a la metodolog&#237;a, para exploraci&#243;n y accesibilidad se utiliz&#243; una muestra de ni&#241;os de los 2&#186; y 3&#186; a&#241;os de escolaridad, de instituciones de ense&#241;anza p&#250;blica y privada de Co&#237;mbra y de la Beira Interior Norte.
